La tecnología es buena asta cierto punto que sea necesaria para entrar y las cosas mas básicas la hizo obsoleta e inpractica

Mi acompañante no podía ingresar y le paso también a una familia que tuvo problemas para su alojamiento

Que todo dependa de hacer las cosas en línea fue muy hinumano

El dia anterior a mi reservacion yo tenía otra reservacion en un alojamiento donde el responsable vivía en el lugar daba un tratro cálido y personal y las llaves Pará ingresar a los espacios eran mucho mas prácticos que esos serrojos con números digitales

Grear location but too hot and noisy
Pros:

This hotel has great potential, however, our stay wasn't as good as we expected. The positives are the great location, roof terrace and very kind staff on the reception. The negatives are the dirty furniture in the bedroom, someone's long hair on the bed and bedside unit, very noisy- couldn't sleep most of the nights despite keeping all windows closed and very hot rooms- only a few rooms are equipped with air-conditioning. The fans were provided but didn't make any difference. Make sure you book a room with air-con and not facing the front of the hotel.

Cons:

Heat, noise (the hotel is sitated on a very busy road, traffic starts at 4 am and calmes down at 1 am)and bad cleaning

Good rooms, horrible service
Pros:

The apartment is serviceable and spacious. Lots of natural light. Mostly quiet residential location perfect for San Angel/Coyoacan. There's a small gym, and a communal washer-dryer at the basement. (Though the washer-dryer hadn't been deep cleaned in a while when I checked in)

Cons:

The problem was the service and hospitality, it was very uneven. Reservations Staff were extremely rude. One of their listing pages suggested Junior Suites had a bathtub. My already-paid-for Junior Suite was not equipped with a bath tub though, so I thought I was assigned the wrong room and asked. Instead of answering apologetically, directly, or politely, they told me to go off some other hotel with a bath tub. What kind of response is that?!?!

Other service issues: Housekeeping left a mess on my sink. I don't know if that was deliberate, or if they just forgot.

My internet was cut off by the Hotel, cause they mistook my checkout date to be one day earlier. I had flagged that I extended my stay to at least three sets of staff, cause I had a feeling something like this might happen. This was extremely disruptive to my Zoom meetings, especially since the internet that returned was erratic. Property Manager refused to take accountability, never said 'sorry,' she just said she knew my checkout date was extended. I said: "If you know, why did you cut it off?!" She never responded to that.
Concierge and Property Manager were a mixed uneven experience. Responsive at first. But the moment you bring them a crisis that is hard to fix, they stop responding and ignore you entirely. They're also not apologetic for their mistakes; quite defensive about it actually. Go-to move is silence and avoidance. There's a lack of care and professional maturity in this hotel.

Amenities: Washer dryer at basement is convenient, but it hadn't been deep cleaned in ages. It showed in the musty smell of clothes that come out of it. There was mould inside the detergent compartments. I told the Manager, who then oversaw cleaning the next day. But when I returned to use it, it seemed wiped at a very surface, minimal level, as opposed to deep cleaned with the specialist solution. Mould still in compartment.

solo un guardia de seguridad haciendola de todo ( check in, garage, bell boy, ayudas externas) no pueden con todo.
nos hospedamos por 10 dias, no hacen el que hacer, ni por media semana.
no verifican bien la limpieza a el hacer chck in
casi todas las habitaciones sin aire acondicionado.
pequeño el area de etacionamiento, ponen en aprietos a el guardia de seguridad.
