it was a twin room but too congested for two persons .

The location was good for us.

Cons:

The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. We were disappointed in their service and refusal to heat up things such as kids milk. We had to walk down to the local 7/11 to assist. Only on the day of checkout we met a nice lady working there who was from Malaysia. The room was also extremely small, although this might just be all Singapore accommodation- more suitable for adults, not for families.
