Pros:

Personeel was erg vriendelijk

Cons:

Grote groepen met studenten en middelbare scholieren verblijven hier ook. Dat geeft zoals je kan bedenken wel enige overlast.
We waren met dochter van 10 die moest samen met ons in 1 bed. Wat op zich niet erg is en ook wel erg Aziatisch. Maar ik had dit van te voren duidelijk willen weten. Kan ook aan mij hebben gelegen, maar ik heb het niet gelezen.

La habitación era minúscula, incluso el lavabo estaba fuera del baño.
No tenía espacio ni para abrir la maleta.
El desayuno buffet es muy limitado.
El trato en recepción fue muy frío, por un momento llegó a ser incluso desagradable.

Pésimo, no lo recomiendo ni me vuelvo a alojar ahí , no tendrán una buena estancia

Nada me gustó, no fue una experiencia agradable en este lugar, a pesar de pertenecer al grupo ACCOR no muestra la calidad que tienen otros hoteles del mismo grupo

Lo único que rescato es que tiene filtro para tomar agua potable dentro de la habitación

Cons:

Las habitaciones son demasiado, extremadamente pequeñas para alojar 3 personas, sabía que era un hotel pequeño pero este se excede de pequeño, las camas twin son exclusivamente para que duerma una persona y los colchones son duros no tiene sentido que la ofrezcan para capacidad de 3 por que realmente no caben 3 personas, no es limpio en la ducha salen moscas pequeñas por que no está bien limpio solo hacen la limpieza superficial, el desayuno es pésimo está orientado a un solo grupo de huéspedes, aprox el 80% de la población que visita el hotel es de la india por ende toda la comida que sirven en el desayuno está disponible para ellos y para atender sus gustos y preferencias, solo la varían para atender a esta población, no es comida fresca se siente recalentada, la fruta no es fresca parece y sabe dañado y solo hay una opción de fruta , las estaciones del metro no están tan cerca del hotel, saben que hay 3 personas en la habitación y solo dejan 2 toallas nunca nos ofrecieron una extra conociendo la cantidad de personas que estaban alojadas, tuvimos que pedir una sábana extra por que ni siquiera ellos lo ofrecieron aun sabiendo que eran 3 huéspedes , es pésimo este hotel no lo recomiendo si lo van a elegir por precio no es una buena opción mejor pagar un poco más y tener comodidad y buen servicio , este hotel es perverso

Pros:

Le métro Lavender est à 8 minutes à pied, très pratique pour visiter Singapour
Le personnel est très sympathique et professionnel
La piscine sur le toit est agréable.
Petit frigo très pratique
Robinet spécial avec eau filtrée : écologique et pratique pour remplir bouteilles et gourdes.
Chaussons, bouilloire, etc ...à disposition

Cons:

L hôtel est assez bruyant
La chambre est fonctionnelle, un peu petite.
La piscine ferme tôt le soir et nous ne pouvons pas en profiter lorsque l'on rentre de balade le soir
Il faudrait prévoir des zones ombragées autour de la piscine (parasol...)
