Wonderful apartments in secure complex. Large bright 2 bedroom apartment. No air conditioning but large ceiling fans. Kitchen area and nice sized balcony

There was a lot of noise and you told me they would move me. And the other person I was with had a working stick he was disabled and you put me on forthfloor and on ground foot there was people
That was not disabled so it was pore

The apartments are in an ideal position, not to far from the beach and some good night life, checking in was easy, the receptionist very helpful, the apartments are spotless and clean, very spacious, I booked for two people expecting to share a room so was very surprised to have a bedroom each, they are fully equipped apartments with everything you need for your holiday, the pool area is also spotless and spacious, we used the pool bar and the drinks and food were of very good quality, I would definitely recommend

No problerm, we ha a problem with the boiler, buit it ha s been resolved very quicky

We came here last year so fully aware that we very happy with Apartments and surrounding area which is extremely convenient to walk everywhere. We can highly recommend.

The apartments are cheap and cheerful. Modern, but not of good quality. If you’re in apartments 1 to 5 the you are away from the pool, up three flights of stairs (no lift). So only suitable for the fit and able. The advantage is that they have their own gardens.

In front of apartments 1 to 5 (closer to the pool) are 5 privately owned apartments. There are also some privately owned apartments in the main building. The people owning these apartments have made rules for the pool that are strict, such as no inflatables are allowed in the pool. This is a real shame for the kids. The pool is large, so the rule is completely unnecessary.

The gardener is pretty annoying as at around 16:00 - 17:00 he comes out with the mega noisy leaf blower. Just the time when you’re back from the pool/beach and would like to relax on the garden with a drink. We asked if he could do it at a different time but he said he could not.

Then between 18:30 and 19:30 (when you’re heading out for dinner) they turn the water sprinklers on for the plants. This means it’s impossible to leave your room (if in the apartments 1 to 5) without getting wet. We informed the staff of this, but they didn’t really care.

We were there at the start of February (week 7). The temperature during the day is nice (around 25 degrees), but it’s cool first thing in the morning and in the evening with a light wind making it feel cooler. Long sleeves and long dresses/trousers are needed to be warm enough in the evening. I’d also recommend warmer sleep wear/pyjamas and slippers as it’s quite cool in the rooms with no heating and tiled floors.

There are many good supermarkets located close by.

The pool bar is closed all day on Sundays and Wednesday. The bar makes an excellent Sangria (it’s quite strong) and the bar man is lovely. The food there is also nice and very reasonably priced.

There is a very nice and helpful female life guard at the pool.

It’s only a short and easy walk to the beach and restaurants.

The kitchen is well equipped, with a toaster, hand blender and coffee machine.

Our apartment was for 4 people, but only had three chairs at the breakfast bar, which was a bit annoying as it was too cold to eat breakfast outside in the morning (there are chairs and a table in the garden).

You have to run the shower for a very long time to get hot water. When the warm water does come, it’s very temperamental. This was quite unpleasant as it’s cool in the evenings, so you definitely don’t want a tepid/cold shower at this point.

The local beach is nice, but windy. The locals have thought about this though and put up loads of wind blocks. To rent two sunbeds and an umbrella is only 7.50 Euro.

There is a bus, (No. 90 and 66) that stops a 5 min walk from the hotel, which goes to the airport in around 40 mins. The fare for 1 adult and a child is 7 Euro. The bus stop has a digital screen showing the bus times.

Perfect stay perfect hosts very central

Lovely little apartment hotel a short 5-10 minute walk to the beach. The rooms were modern and included all the amenities required for self catering, even an iron and hair dryer and most kitchen utensils. The rooms were cleaned regularly and towels replaced every 2 to 3 days. The pool was heated but could have been a little warmer during winter but it was still adequate. The hotel staff and cleaners were very nice and helpful. The hotel does not allow inflatables/balls in the pool although allowed us only when nobody else was in the pool. We had a lovely stay here over the new year's and the weather was perfect. I would highly recommend this hotel. Thanks again to all the staff at Apartmentos Walhalla!! 😊👍👍👍👍👍👍

Die Anlage als solches und die Apartments waren sauber. Der Pool wurde täglich gereinigt. Rezeption 24h und dadurch Wachschutz. Zimmer geräumig, Betten gut. Einzig die kleinen Miniameisen im Küchenblock waren so naja. Dafür stand dann wohl die XXL-Spraydose gegen Insekten unter der Spüle. Im Außenbreich zwei mal Kakalaken Sichtung (wegen der Palmen). Die Umgebung wie zu erwarten ein Apartmentblock neben dem anderen. Der Strand von Maspalomas und die Dünen sind schnell fussläufig erreichbar. Wenn man weiss worauf man sich einlässt mit der Playa del Ingles dann ist man im Walhalla gut aufgehoben. Not Adults and Gays only, internationales Sprachengemisch. Wir hatten mit drei Personen, davon eine Schwanger, einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Der over tourismen ist deutlich spürbar und nicht von allen geliebt..

Previously posted a review about our stay which was cut short due to our son suffering a croup attack. Vowed to return and we did. Family of 5 two adults three kids aged 12, 11 & 7. Absolutely couldn't fault it, great price for what you get.Great location. Spent most of our evenings a short walk away eating in the red cow and then downstairs to shenanigans for the family quiz and karaoke. Apartments spotless, close to beach and felt very safe as it is a gated enclosure. Same as our previous review, wonderful stay and we will be back!

Rustig, basic appartement. Schoonmaak is matig. Verwacht geen luxe. Handdoeken worden elke 3 dagen verschoont en bij het zwembad moet je je eigen handdoek meenemen. Verder een ok appartement voor een lage prijs.

Great location, beach, restaurants, supermarkets and shopping centre all close by. Very comfortable and spacious ground floor apartment. Well equipped and cleaned regularly during our stay.
Had a lot of small ants in the room, crawling on the counters and cockroaches on a couple of occasions.
Pool was great and the bar there too. bar is supposed to be open except on Wednesdays, but unfortunately it did not open on the last 2 days of our stay on
Friday and Saturday. Building work on one of the apartments during our stay was very noisy

Is not our first time there. Rooms are spacious, silent

Our 10th time here and always a great experience, stayed in the bungalows again for the 4/5th time, spotless and kept in great condition, think it’s definitely time to get some A/C in the bungalows Alsol , otherwise we love the place. Diego and his wife run the pool bar as an awesome little place.
Will be back again, excellent location for beach, restaurants and transportation to the airport and surrounding areas

Great location 5 minute walk to yumbo & 10 minute walk to the main beach & restaurants

Secure apartments as you needed a key card to access the main gates to get into the apartments . Lots of storage in the bedrooms for clothing and comfortable bed

Modern comfortable apartments which were quiet

Sun beds always available anytime of day & comfortable to lie on

Good selection of food and drink at the pool bar

Supermarket right behind the apartments by walking up the stairs by the pool and has a good selection of products

The pool has steps at the shallow end where you can walk in which was perfect for me as I have mobility issues. The pool water was a nice temperature and not freezing cold. Even though the pool isn’t massive it was rarely over crowded

No smoking around the pool area

Bad points

Towels were only changed 3 times in 14 days . Some of the towels that were meant to be clean had dirt on them. We had to go to reception and ask for clean towels every other day.

The apartment was only cleaned twice in 2 weeks and the cleaners barely cleaned the rooms . The cleaners never cleaned the bathroom at all and when I asked for clean towels I was told no.

The kitchen doesn’t have an oven just a microwave and a hob with 2 rings so we ate out most days which worked out expensive

No air conditioning just ceiling fans so we had to hire and air conditioning unit costing £160 euros. The air conditioning unit worked well and i couldn’t have coped with the heat without it.

The ceiling fan only has one remote so everyone in both bedrooms has to have the fan on the same setting. There isn’t a fan in the living room area.

The shower was very temperamental and most of the time we couldn’t get any warm water so we ended up with cold showers

The pool has to many rules it’s like the no fun pool. No inflatables , no balls and no jumping in the pool. All you could do was swim which wasn’t much fun for the kids.

Don’t sit near the pool bar side of the pool as there was a horrible smell of poop 💩

Local teenagers using the pool in the late afternoon there was around 20 teenagers who weren’t staying at the apartments which stopped us using the pool as it got over crowded

Food wasn’t available at the pool bar for around 1 week of our stay as the chef was ill and they have no staff to cover her illness. If it was slightly overcast the pool bar wasn’t opened

We had a great time at the apartments but probably wouldn’t come back until they had air conditioning, a better kitchen & cleaned more regularly

Ottimo aparthotel dotato di tutto il necessario per un confortevole soggiorno. Staff disponibile. Pulizia impeccabile. Super consigliato.

Leilighets hotellet ser veldig flott ut både utenifra og innenifra, ligger bra plassert i forhold til solen, så solen har du fra morgen og langt utover kveld. Framsiden har du basseng og en minibar og dette ligger mot stranden så du får sol så og si hele dagen. Området er også flott opparbeidet med palmer. Beliggenheten til leilighets hotellet er veldig bra da det ligger langs en lite traffikert gatevei, gateveien har du rett utenfor hotellet som er et par meter bred, så man føler seg ganske trygg med å gå i dette området. Går du nedover veien så kommer du rett til resturantene med stranden. Om du går andre veien så har du subway, the red cow og en stor matvare butikk som ligger rett med veien, butikken ser ut som en liten butikk utenifra. Men når du går inn der så har dem alt. Om du også går enda litt lenger opp bakken også til venstre og rett frem så ser du yumbo shopping center.

Tipp topp med beliggenhet og lyse og fine rom, bassenget er også av grei størrelse.

Når det gjelder renslighet så var det ikke bra i det hele tatt, når vi fikk rommet så lå det støv og hår på gulvet, det var gule flekker på puten min og ting var generelt skittent. Så her har dem noe dem må bli bedre på, hadde dette blitt bedre så ville jeg tatt turen igjen. Aircondition har dem ikke, så her er det vifter i taket, hadde vært bedre med ac. Rommene er også dårlig isolert, så man hører folk i gangene. Men var stort sett en rolig plass.
Også positivt at ballspill ikke er lov i bassenget
