Lovely cheap and cheerful family run place. Stayed a month. Will do so again next year.

There’s also a free pool table making it great if taking kids . The location is on the quieter end of Kata which is great for getting some peace from the Main Street . Please try !

My parents booked this hotel as part of a dream, multi trip Thai holiday that they had saved up for years to enjoy. Sadly my mum had a stroke on Thursday and is unable to fly for 6 weeks so unfortunately had to cancel. They had pre booked 4 other hotels in Thailand, 3 of which gave full discounts, including the airline which was appreciated and helpful given the circumstances. Despite giving over 3 weeks notice this hotel flat refused to offer any kind of refund, or explanation and will now most likely sell the room again to line their already greedy pockets. If you’re considering this hotel I would think twice, if this is the way they treat people in my parents situation imagine how they’ll treat you during your stay. Absolutely disgusting.

We thought this hotel would be better than what it was. A lof of amenities were old, and some not working. It wasn't conveniently located and it was always noisy (despite stating 'soundproof rooms". The staff were great though, so that was a positive.

We stayed at this hotel for 17 nights over the Christmas period. We had a superior room on the second floor which was very good . The room & bathroom was spacious with a lovely balcony. Room was cleaned every day to a good standard. All the staff were very friendly & helpful with a lovely bar & restaurant below. Thank you all for a lovely holiday Bev & Mark

Veldig hyggelig personell. Veldig hjelpsomme. God service, fin beliggenhet, rent og fint rom.

Hotellet ligger vid en av vägarna som leder ner till Kata Beach, och kan ibland vara ganska trafikerad.
Då jag kom undrade jag vad det var för ställe. Jag fick leta efter receptionen, vilket visade sig vara ett litet bord i hörnet av restaurangen… Kände mig mycket tveksam då, men kom sedan till rummet som var rymligt, rent och fräscht.
Sängen var riktigt skön och AC fungerade bra.
Frukost (170 Bath) var helt ok och hade det man behövde.
Ingen hiss, så var beredd på trappor. Hotellet är inte mer än 3 våningar, så ingen fara.
Till stranden var det max 7-8 minuter att gå.
Personalen bar väldigt trevlig och tillmötesgående.

Paikka oli budjettimatkalle oivallinen. Sain toisen kerroksen viimeisen huoneen, jota ympäröivät palmut ja viherkasvit, joten oli nautinnollista istua parvekkeella syömässä aamupalaa. Ainoa miinus oli huoneessani olleet muurahaiset, jotka ilmestyivät useaan otteeseen ja valtasivat laukkuni (olin unohtanut suklaata laukkuun). Lisäksi jostain syystä minulle lopetettiin valkoisten pyyhkeiden toimittaminen, sain vain sinisiä rantapyyhkeitä. Muuten kaikki meni hyvin ja henkilökunta oli mukavaa ja avuliasta. Saimme jättää laukkumme säilytykseen vielä check inin jälkeen ennen lentokentälle lähtöä.

Better find in kata best to see Thai culture and best ever Thai dishes . I have been try many time positive creative and friendly talk with owner family. Especially Khun Jeab also room rent great opportunity. I love this place with nice music and variety country talk

Nice family run hotel. Good valye for money. Nice area, near to the beach, but quiet village vibe.

We had booked Superior room but got a room from the ground level that was not near what we paid for. The room smelled so much mold that I got an allergic reaction after a few hours in the room. We asked to change the room but all rooms were full that night. We had to pay another hotel in the near to sleep that night. Next day we were able to change to Deluxe room on the 4th floor which was much better. The hotel is in good location near the beach and the main street in Kata beach. But in overall, this hotel is too expensive for it’s quality and services.

The room was clean, ac was cold, staff were friendly. The restaurant was very good. Great location with lots of dining options and about a 7 minute walk to the beach. I would recommend staying here as I thought it was good value for the money.

We were looking for somewhere to eat and stumbled across this place. My husband had the cheeseburger I had a cheese and ham sandwich both with fries. We had 2 cokes and I also had the mojito cocktail which was on offer for just 89 Bahts. All was delicious and well presented. Service was excellent too and always with a smile. Thanks again for a lovely experience.
