Don’t forget to bring USD bill.

Cons:

There are “hot tub” in the facilities list but there are no hot tub in whole ficilities in the hotel. I asked staff that then they answered that is problem of booking.com side, and Ithey orderd me to complain booking.com by myself.
And also they said, “hot tub” means “hot tap” so if hot water comes on shower, it was no probrem..

There are dogs outside of my room and they barks every ten minutes so I couldn’t sleep well. I don’t know why but it stopped at night.

They using original FX rate to calicurate price in USD to MMK. It was 1USD=3500MMK(Aug2025), that means 67% uplift from todays middle rate. If you want to pay without uplift, please don’t forget to bring USD bill rather than credit card.

Only disposal slippers that was used in the room.

Schöne weitläufige Unterkunft. Wir waren mit einem weiteren Pärchen die einzigen Gäste, haben uns aber nie unwohl trotz des vielen Personals gefühlt. Wunderschöner Pool in dem man sogar den Sonnenuntergang genießen kann. Sehr großes und gut ausgestattetes Gym. Highlight sind die Pizzen im Restaurant, besser als in Italien!

A good hotel for stay in Naypyidaw
Pros:

It is a big hotel, as they all seem to be in Naypyidaw, very comfortable, lovely big pool and not crowded. We had a nice stay and would recommend.

全体的に非常に満足

スタッフは皆さんとても感じがよく、特にフロントスタッフはこちらの要望に可能な限り応えてくれました。
レストランは非常に美味しく、朝ごはんも事前にお願いすれば日本式朝食を用意してくれるなど、満足度が高かったです。お値段はホテル価格ですが、それは他のホテルに泊まっても同じですので問題ないレベルです。
お部屋は十分な広さがあり清潔で快適に過ごせます。

Amazing stay
Pros:

Modern very comfortable hotel. Nice oasis of a stay in Myanmar. Stayed for 2 nights to see the new capital city. Staff is extremely friendly and go the extra mile. Arranged taxi tour of city and onward bus tickets for us. Food was excellent. Would stay again.
