Localização perfeita e excelente custo benefício
Pros:

Café da manhã muito bom, atendimento excelente, custo benefício ótimo. Quarto muito grande, embora a disposição das camas, alinhadas pela cabeceira seja estranha. Localização perfeita, praticamente em frente ao Museu Robert Brady e a duas quadras da catedral.

Everything is very well manicured and taken care of - the staff is so kind and attentive

The amount of stairs with no elevator . It is not elderly or walking disability friendly.
The building is a historic building and i can understand why it can’t be modernized but it needs to be stated and made clear before booking.

Good for location, but very OLD rooms!
Pros:

Location is excellent. Within walking distance to shops, restaurants, coffee, museums, etc. Breakfast staff are very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The King Suite pool view room is very old. Shower took forever to get hot, and once hot, it could not be adjusted. The handheld shower heads in both shower and tub did not work. Bathroom needs more lighting and floor tiles dirty-looking; certainly old.

Good location, staff, restaurant. Room is moderate pricey for the value offered.
Pros:

We had cold showers in the winter for the first 2 nights. We were told just let the water run a little longer, but the entire 10min of shower was cold. On night 3 there was a noisy party by staff at night (it was Sat), it affected our sleep but we finally got hot water, which was warm quite fast after turning on. So we perceived some central control was switched on 3rd night.

Pros:

Just around the corner from the cathedral and a couple of blocks from the Zocolo. Bed was comfy and room was spacious. We enjoyed the breakfast at the hotel restaurant.

Cons:

I would have loved to have an electric kettle for tea in the room. I was able to get hot water from the bar downstairs.
