Cama muito confortável. Funcionários muito atenciosos, principalmente no restaurante. O quarto que ficamos não era bom para trabalhar porque nao tinha nenhuma mesa. Outro ponto que me desagradou foi uma sensacao de que o hotel quer cobrar por pequenas coisas: ao chegar avisam que manchas nos Lencois e toalhas serao cobra das, no cafe da manhã (que e delicioso, mas tem poucas opcoes) cobram o pão doce (MXN 30) ou o café expresso, pedimos para ficar 2h a mais e, embora o quarto nao fosse ocupado por nenhum outro hóspede, queriam cobrar mais MXN 250. Enfim, pagando-se MXN 1530 por noite, essas pequenas cobranças dão uma péssima sensação.

Con respecto al estacionamiento, está muy pequeño.

The property is well kept and the staff could not have been more pleasant and helpful.
I did not get to experience the included breakfast as I was invited out by friends.
The only "cautionary" note is the shower hot water. I was told to let it run for aminute for the hot water to come out. Plan on closer to 5, it will be good then.

The staff was very very nice and helpful!! We had a nice stay in such a heartwarming hotel. The waiter gave us the history of the place and it was very interesting.
Close to shops, restaurants and main historical attractions.

The best choice for staying in Centro !
Pros:

This should be your #1 choice for staying in Centro. Great location, excellent breakfast (included), clean and very well-maintained. The dining area is in a large, beautiful, lush garden.
The staff is outstanding. Friendly, helpful, professional and very attentive.
My room was large and very comfortable. The bed was comfortable, if on the soft side. Water pressure in the shower was great.

Pros:

It was amazing, very comfortable. It is close to everything downtown, very friendly staff. One thing that did happen to me was I encounter a ghost. This area is very prehistoric so it’s understandable. It was scary but it didn’t bother me, this place has a restaurant and omg the food the drinks again the staff 5+start! Another thing that surprise me even though it’s a very old building they keep it neat and AC in the rooms. Very comfortable.
