The hotel facilities are old and the hygiene is poor, resulting in over ten rashes on my skin. The hotel's reputation is also very bad. The front desk agreed in person to an early check-out and a refund of the tax, but then denied agreeing to it when speaking to the platform. Communication afterward was also full of empty promises. I strongly recommend not booking this hotel.
we have been disturbed by noise until 4am.
Is it haunted?
Room 201.
Will never stay here again.
Location
Decent hotel for one night stay for the price that I’m paying so you pay for what you get. Overall ok location though not sure why the reception isn’t at the front of the building next to the road but one has to walk down an alley to another building. The building has seen better times and definitely would do with some renovations. Basic cleanliness but the sheets had lipstick and dirt stains, and bed was pretty rock hard.
I like the location. Facility’s is lacking- shampoo, tissue, small space, windowless, they don’t even give you extra room key. Wall is too thin, can even hear neighbors alarm
For family and friends 👍.
old building, old hotel, misleading picture and place, check in counter different building room different building, no extension phone, scary since there is so many abandoned shop, no proper lobby, the old building lobby has been closed. not convinience stay. Will not repeat if still same condition and no improvement.
Don’t recommend to anybody worst than a boarding Hse totally different for photo and entrance is at backland of main road worst hotel than 1star
no windows and old
parking lot and the back and forth going to the room cause customers lost their enjoy staying at the hotel
No daily housekeeping. Limited car park. In the process of renovation.
Convenient and strategic location.
All the things not in good condition.
Locate in Ipoh city centre
服务态度良好,
Room is not well maintained and dirty. Room got smells and full of cockroaches.
The hotel is quite run down and old. Parking is a huge hassle, not many spaces available. Breakfast provided did not have many choices.
Stayed here with my mum as all other hotels were booked and we had no choice, paid a hefty RM200 for this weary place.Hotel is rather old and in a dinghy neighbourhood with sleazy bars and other karaoke joints in front.Car Park is situated behind,in another building at the back.
Most confusing part is you park the car and use a diagonal unimaginable skybridge that takes you on a journey past karaoke lounges, massage parlour and a vietnamese restaurant at 1st floor.
Staff only provide one entry card and you have to use the same card to swipe at the lift,so if you have family in the room I really don't know how you manage this as they will be left in darkness!! and I was fed up and requested for another card!!
Carpets on room hallway are old and threadbare, rooms are large and clean, bathroom is clean but our toilet flush wasn't working,so had to inform and they got it fixed!
Breakfast provided is in the crowded lobby, super crowded and just like a market and people are fighting for seating and chairs.Unbelievable!
Will not return to this joint. At least wifi was working and that too,you have to log in every 1 hour.
The hotel should upgrade asap, otherwise it will deteriorate over times. The walk way carpets are very bad condition, broken & torn. Bed sheets, towels are very dirty, beds are found with hairs & some mosquitoes flying in the bedroom.
I stayed at the Premier room (2 King beds). Everything looked okay at first, cleaned and spacious. Room was enough to fit 4 adults and 2 small kids at one time. But when i tried to use the tap and shower in the toilet, looks like the heater was not functioned. When i tried to use the standing shower, it got burst immediately and the tube spout connecting to the tap fell off. I had to use the shower near the bathtub instead. Then when my husband tried to use the electric kettle, boom, all power off due to power trip. We called up the reception and they sent a technician immediately, he was surprised to know that the wiring was not done correctly, and was not safe at all. Knowing that the wiring and shower work will take some time, and we couldn't be moved to another room due to unavailability. We had no choice but to leave the room because 1. my baby needs hot water for his milk, 2. we havent had dinner. We headed back to hotel right after dinner, and thank god they managed to complete all the work. Shower and wiring were fixed accordingly and the heater finally worked. Breakfast? The Chinese fried rice was very plain in taste. Even my 2 year old baby refused to eat it. Same goes to the rice porridge- tasteless. Fried meehoon was okay. I'd rather have a simple selection of tasty breakfast, rather than having a variety of food but tasteless. The only credits i would vie was to the front desk officer and technician. butI'm not recommending this hotel, avoid if you may.
