Everything. The whole experience from start to finish
It’s old fashioned charm with modern convenience. The restaurant staff were fantastic.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. Chelsea looked after us from checking in to having dinner and helping us to get a taxi as well. Breakfast was tasty, too.
Minor thing was the bathroom could be fixed up a little.

Very large room with a big bed. All basic necessities catered for. Bar was acceptable. All in all good value for money
Restaurant served mostly deep fried meals. The room took ages to heat up as it was so large.

Room only had shower over bath and there was 2 flights of stairs after lift to carry suitcase and I am a lady of 82 with walking stick just had knee replacement
Asked. immediately could I move but had to wait 2 days before able to have a shower that was acessable
