Pros:

Owners are very friendly. Great location being only a short walk from the airport, restaurants and the beach.

Great experience
Pros:

The owner was such a sweetheart! He answered to some of my questions prior to our arrival. He made us feel at home once there. I had to wake him up at 5 am because we were leaving for an early excursion and he was friendly and nice even at 5 am! We had a car an we could park inside the gated area. The location is also great as You can easily walk to the main street.

Great apartment, excellent customer service
Pros:

Our stay was great. The kitchen was fully equipped and the rooms were very clean. The location is excellent: right by the main road and next to a large grocery store. Most importantly, Alberto, presumably the owner, was extremely kind and provided us with great suggestions. He checked up on us and offered us his time.

Owner is amazing
Pros:

I had a great experience with this accommodation. If I were staying for more than one day where I was planning on spending any daytime hours there, I would stay somewhere else because while it is a beautiful clean two story space, there is no air conditioning in the downstairs. If he split the unit in two and there was air it would be perfect. It is hot in costa Rica. However, The man that owns it is absolutely wonderful and allowed me to stay in the room all day until my plane came to pick me up. He called taxis for me, delivered messages. Wonderful!

Pros:

Not a bad place, but there is no air conditioning downstairs, the loft is air conditioned, there are two beds upstairs, but no doors between them, and no place to sit outside.
