The rooms are nice
There is no breakfast and the pools were not clean. We stayed at lions eye and they had clean and heated pools

Staff were helpful. Location near the restaurants and beach was good. Just opposite the tidal swimming pool. Easy Uber transport into Cape Town and other locations such as Table Mountain.
The first room had noisy air conditioning over the bed and we asked to be moved to a different room. The hotel was very fair and reimbursed the cost of the first room but the second room overlooked the pavement and the balcony was on public display. We understand the hotel is due for a major refurbishment so perhaps these issues will get resolved. Very expensive compared to Air B&B.
Very well located, restaurants and supermarket nearby, lovely place and staff, with a great rooftop bar to watch the sunset.

Our stay was exceptionally comfortable, with every detail thoughtfully taken care of. The place maintained a very high level of hygiene, and the quality of the products used throughout was truly top-notch, adding to the luxurious and welcoming atmosphere.
From check-in to check-out, the staff were absolutely gems... professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. A special thanks goes to Charlese, whose warmth and outstanding service made our experience even more memorable. She went above and beyond to ensure we were as comfortable as possible, ensuring that we take it all in as this was just an overnight stay. Her kindness and dedication were truly appreciated.

What an incredible stay from start to finish. The hotel is absolutely beautiful with truly stunning views, honestly, the photos do it no justice at all. Every part of the experience felt thoughtful and luxurious.
The staff were warm, friendly, and incredibly accommodating from the moment we arrived. We got there earlier than check-in time, and they kindly gave us access to the pool bar while we waited with 1 complimentary drin each, which immediately made us feel welcomed. Special mention to Arnold at the bar, who was such a treat and made the experience even more memorable.
To top it all off, we were surprised with a complimentary room upgrade as an anniversary gift, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The room was spectacular and made our celebration feel even more special.
Throughout our stay, the team consistently went above and beyond; from recommending activities to sharing useful contacts. The attention to detail from the housekeeping staff was especially impressive and truly top tier.
The only thing I wished for was an on-site restaurant. However, the hotel does provide very convenient alternatives and honestly, it ended up encouraging us to explore more of the city, which became part of the experience itself.
A genuinely exceptional experience and a stay we will remember very fondly. We cannot wait to return.
