The location and the cleanliness
There were incidents where the housekeeping staff were loud, but it was resolved.
The bathroom had no privacy, because of the tinted glass and lack of an actual wall.
Good hotel with tasty food and friendly staff. The reception team was kind and helpful. I had a nice stay and would come again.
Lovely property in a fantastic location, within easy walking distance of the supermarket, bars, and restaurants. I felt very safe throughout my stay. The daily housekeeping was excellent, and having fresh water and milk provided each day was a thoughtful touch. The laundry facilities were really convenient, and I loved having access to a kitchen as well.
The artwork and unique collections throughout the property gave it so much character, and the rooftop was a lovely place to relax. The quality hand soaps, shampoo, and other amenities were a nice bonus too.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and have already recommended this place to friends. I’d happily stay here again!
The only minor downside was that a couple of the towels had some marks on them each day. However, it was appreciated that two fresh towels were provided per person each day, which more than made up for it.
Had the amazing experience staying at South beach over this weekend. And I can honestly say it was one of the best stays I’ve ever had, the most amazing staff members, the most beautiful, clean and neat room and hotel. Can honestly not explain the amazing place. The location is beautiful with the sunset and view. Thank you for the amazing stay at this amazing hotel. Can’t wait for the next one

We just stayed at South Beach in Camps Bay and I’m still not over it. Woke up to the Atlantic stretching endlessly from my bed — the view is genuinely jaw-dropping. Morning coffee and champagne with Lions Head on one side and those famous turquoise waves on the other, unreal.
The room felt like a private sanctuary, but the stocked fridge was the little luxury I didn’t know we needed. No running to shops, just pure relaxation.
Staff were warm without being overbearing, and the location is perfect: literally 0 mins to Camps Bay Beach, but quiet enough to actually hear the ocean at night. If you want Cape Town with that “pinch me” view, this is it. We already planning my return.
We felt cared for from check-in to check-out. If you’re debating where to stay in Cape Town, pick the view. Pick this place. What a gem, and we so inlove, trust me👌😍🥰
