Nice stay, lovely staff and location but not value for money.

The location, friendless of staff and cleanliness

Cons:

If I had realised this was a DIY breakfast that you put together yourself in the room, I would not have booked this accommodation. Whilst the items supplied were okay, they were quite basic for a healthy breakfast, for example no berries. Whilst a toaster was provided, suitable bread was not delivered it was baguettes, croissants. Also the accommodation did not provide a turndown service. I think the price of this accommodation does not provide value for money when compared to a full service hotel.

The location of the property was excellent, centrally located in Camps Bay and across the road from the sea front.

Cons:

The DIY breakfast, for a 5 star boutique hotel, I would want a much better breakfast choice.

Excellent visit
Pros:

South Beach is a fabulous hotel. Yaerika and the reception team could not have been more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. We were made to feel extremely welcome by all.
Our room was lovely, roof top bar amazing for watching the sunset and relaxing by the pool during the day. Great location for beach and restaurants. Would highly recommend.

Highlight of my Trip
Pros:

Highlight of my holiday in Cape Town. South Beach has such a cool and calm vibe that you can truly relax. Located so close to Camps Bay restaurants and beach (a 2 minute walk) that you can pop out for anything anytime. Highly recommend!!!!!

Relaxing stay
Pros:

Really enjoyed our stay, very comfortable and spotlessly clean.
Fantastic location for all restaurants, bars etc
Staff are very attentive and welcoming, would definitely recommend to others and would not hesitate to stay again

The location was fantastic, the accommodation offered everything you needed, was so comfortable and spotlessly clean. The fridge is stocked with a whole range of breakfast items and a great range of alcoholic drinks (mini bar prices apply)

Pros:

Location is perfect, so close to all the restaurants and the beach. As it is on a side road it is not loud. The Terrasse is very nice. The apartment is beautifully decorated and comfortable and very big. We loved our stay. The steam machine on the room is perfect. Thank you.

Cons:

It was a bit too expensive compare to what it offers. The shower in the bathroom is a bit dated. It is a pity that there is no breakfast only ingredients.
