A memorable way to experience Cape Town and its environs!
Pros:

When ever you travel, you must anticipate problems arising. What impresssed us about this location was the manner it attended to the problems we encountered. For example, when the city unexpectedly shut off the municipal water system and we were left without water in our room, we were promptly notified, remedial action ensured and the problem was resolved. Everyone at the hotel, most particularly the owner, Tony Stern, personally apologized for the inconvenience and endeavored to insure that we had a wonderful experience in his hotel!

Sehr freundliches Personal, grosszügige Zimmer und ein tolles Upgrade!

Wir wurden vom ersten Moment an sehr herzlich empfangen. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit und gab uns viele wertvolle Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt.

Besonders gefreut haben wir uns über das kostenlose Upgrade auf ein grösseres Zimmer. Da wir schon mehrmals in Südafrika unterwegs waren, wissen wir diese schöne Geste besonders zu schätzen!

Das Zimmer war sehr grosszügig, gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Es gab sogar eine eigene Küche, in der man sich das Frühstück selbst zubereiten konnte. Der Kühlschrank war bereits mit vielen leckeren Sachen für das Frühstück gefüllt, sodass es uns an nichts fehlte.

Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und sehr genossen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Cons:

Der Poolbereich hat uns leider nicht besonders angesprochen. Der künstliche Rasenteppich wirkte wenig einladend, und insgesamt war der Bereich recht einfallslos und lieblos gestaltet. Mit etwas mehr Liebe zum Detail und einer gemütlicheren Gestaltung könnte man hier eine deutlich schönere Atmosphäre schaffen.

Good value Camps Bay boutique with spacious rooms and a great vibe.
Pros:

Lovely hotel choice in Camps Bay. The hotel artwork is very cool and elevates this hotel to another level. The reception teams are so nice and helpful. Also loved the rooftop pool and bar.

Cons:

The breakfast arrangements need a rethink. High quality items in the fridge but the bread and pastry delivery was so late that most days we weren’t able to do much beyond yoghurt and fruit. We repeatedly asked for an early bread delivery but it never arrived before 7:50. One morning when we didn’t have an early start we decided to have a bacon sandwich and the unopened pack of bacon that was in the fridge had been removed! In hindsight we should have just bought a loaf of sourdough from the bakery.
