Pros:

Location and staff were great.

Cons:

Room was clean. Bathroom door didn’t work well and slid open. We never had a phone which I requested and never received. We had to call the main line to get extra blankets on day one and no ever answered. It was around 9:30 and the phone just rang and rang. We had to walk down to get what we needed. That sucked!

Beautiful rooms, very clean, breakfast was great!

Cons:

Due to undisclosed pool renovations we were unable to use all of the amenities & the open date changed twice just while we were there. The pool & jacuzzi are closed and as far as we could tell and the staff would say it will be closed for a while.
