Budget friendly accommodation in a good location
Pros:

The location of the property is excellent — very close to the Bosphorus, with easy access to the river and bridge, which was really nice. The apartment itself was clean, simple, and comfortable, making it a good base for exploring the area.

Cons:

I was expecting a hotel-style stay, but the accommodation felt more like an apartment building, which I didn’t enjoy as a solo traveller. The metal doors were very loud, and I was woken several times by neighbours coming and going.
The bathroom was not in good condition and really needs updating — I avoided using it more than necessary. I spent most of my time out and only returned in the evenings to sleep, which was manageable as I met friends while I was there.
This place may be suitable for travellers on a budget, but it wasn’t the right fit for me personally.

Aysem sultan hotel was very good and clean
The location was just amazing would highly recommend to anyone that’s just looking for a place to sleep at nights and enjoy the whole day touring istanbul!

Cons:

I would of liked if the room had a make up table to be able to do my makeup at and not getting anything on the beds

Pros:

Все отлично. Расположение все рядом магазины. Пирс на водном такси в любую часть. За углом прачечная. Куча мест где покушать. Если ищите бюджетное место где переночевать и все рядом то вам сюда.
