muy placentera sin duda regressaria a ese hotel la proxima vez que este por Valladolid
Pros:

tiene 2 picinas de hidromasaje en la azotea , picina normal abajo con amplio horario para estancia , las habitaciones comodas y la chica de ecepcion demaciado amable y muy atenta .

Cons:

creo que el desayuno podria mejorar

Chambres très bien ( nous avions trois chambres car voyage en famille , juste problème de Clim dans une des chambres ) sinon parfait

Hôtel typique

Restaurant roof top très beau

L’établissent lave le linge pour seulement 30 pesos le kilos ( en plus le linge est sec et plié )

Personnel très sympa
L hôtel bénéficie d’un parking

Location was pretty good.

Cons:

There were no restrictions from what we could tell on what time people could swim in the swimming pool and all the rooms were around it. Visitors were VERY loud up until midnight most nights. The shower had poor water flow and there was sewer gas coming up through the drain in the shower stall.

Not much natural light in our room—one window and the bed was against it, so couldn’t open it much. Thus, there wasn’t much light or fresh air getting in. Bathroom had a moderate sewer odor and the shower sprayed a little wildly.

Hotel agréable et chambre confortable. Bien situé pour visiter Merida. Le personnel est réactif pour rendre service.
Une chambre sur rue m’ayant été attribuée à l’arrivée, la manager du lieu a rapidement trouvé une solution pour échanger avec une chambre plus calme.
A noter aussi, pour répondre à certains commentaires négatifs, que la veille de mon départ le système WIFI a été changé donnant une excellente réception pour consulter internet.

L' inspection minutieuse de la chambre le jour de notre départ (draps serviettes lits...) au cas où nous aurions dégradé, taché....
Nous nous sommes senti comme si nous étions des personnes irrespectueuses des lieux.
Attention peu de place sur le parking

Pros:

Personnel très aimable et serviable. L'hôtel est bien placé, environ 10 minutes à pied de San Bernadino de Siena. Un parking pour la voiture mais attention pas de places pour tout le monde. Piscine non testée. Restaurant et petit déjeuner sur le toit également non testé. Nous avons préféré prendre notre petit déjeuner au Muluk café et nous n'avons pas été déçus.

Cons:

Eau très longue à être à bonne température. Les chambres booking sont celles du rez-de-chaussée donc plus bruyantes. Jaccuzy sur le toit terrasse mériterait un entretien bien plus régulier.
