Pros:

Personnel très aimable et serviable. L'hôtel est bien placé, environ 10 minutes à pied de San Bernadino de Siena. Un parking pour la voiture mais attention pas de places pour tout le monde. Piscine non testée. Restaurant et petit déjeuner sur le toit également non testé. Nous avons préféré prendre notre petit déjeuner au Muluk café et nous n'avons pas été déçus.

Cons:

Eau très longue à être à bonne température. Les chambres booking sont celles du rez-de-chaussée donc plus bruyantes. Jaccuzy sur le toit terrasse mériterait un entretien bien plus régulier.

Cons:

Purtroppo avevamo una camera al piano terra su strada, la finestra non era possibile aprirla perché o era come stare in vetrina sul marciapiede o entrava odore di smog in quanto strada piuttosto frequentata. Chiaramente vista la posizione era anche piuttosto rumorosa.

Perfetta per visitare la città senza utilizzare i mezzi, buon rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Posizione ottima per visitare a piedi il centro storico di Valladolid.

Cons:

Stanza rumorosa, la nostra stanza era al secondo piano fronte strada. Scarsa connessione wifi. Piscina all’ombra e vasche idromassaggio non riscaldate. La doccia al nostro arrivo era intasata e l’acqua fuoriusciva nel bagno e verso la camera in quanto lo scarico non funzionava correttamente, inoltre, la tavoletta del water era rotta. Entrambi i problemi sono stati risolti il giorno successivo alla nostra segnalazione.

Ottimo soggiorno nel cuore di Valladolid
Pros:

Bellissimo hotel posizionato nel centro di valladolid. Bellissimo stile dell'hotel e della camera. Letti comodi e stanza pulita. Gentilissimo lo staff dell'hotel. Abbiamo cenato la prima sera e abbiamo mangiato molto bene. Anche la colazione era molto buona. Compreso il cappuccino. Bravi! Super consigliato per chi vuole fermarsi in questa bellissima cittadina. Parcheggio incluso molto comodo.

Pros:

The staff were friendly and the location was great. The property was just far enough from the square to be moderately quiet. The restaurant upstairs…the service was fast. The sheets were clean and bed made every morning.

Cons:

In entirety, the room was pretty dirty. Mold in the shower, not a little, a lot. Also, the entire floor was poorly swept.

Bestes Personal
Pros:

Das Personal war wirklich 10/10, ich hatte es mit insgesamt drei Leuten von der Rezeption zu tun und alle waren sehr kompetent und sympatisch. Es wurde immer alles getan was möglich war. Wir sind drei mal umgezogen und das Personal war stets sehr nett und unterstützte uns. Überdurchschnittlich gutes Personal!
Die Lage ist auch sehr gut, es liegt sehr zentral.

Cons:

Das Hotel an sich erfüllt nicht die Standards die es kostet. Wir mussten zwei mal das Zimmer wechseln zuerst wegen dem Lärm von der Straße und danach wegen mangelndem Warmwasser und fehlender Spühlung. Das WLAN war die ganze Zeit sehr schlecht in den Zimmern und in beiden Zimmer war der Tresor außer Betrieb. Das dritte Zimmer war in Ordnung, hätte aber eigentlich mehr gekostet. Meiner Meinung nach sehr schlechte Preis Leistung.
