La ubicación, cerca de la plaza central de Valladolid.
Que el primer día en el desayuno no nos dejaron volver a tomar otro café y el resto de días sí cuando el desayuno lo cambiaron a tipo buffet. Fue un cambio de criterio sin sentido.

Wir haben ein gratis Upgrade bekommen - ansonsten wäre das Zimmer nur mittelmäßig gewesen. Personal war top, Preis-Leistung ist hervorzuheben!

Good price, very well located at the city center. Clean, practical, swimming pool. It works
Very very messy breakfast. You have to order the night before, but then it is not ready, takes time to arrive at the table…. If you are in a rush, don’t count on that. The parking is unbelievably tight. They have another one one block away, but it is kind of an empty yard and you leave your car there.

The very friendly and helpful staff. The pool was a delight. The breakfasts were amazing! Beds comfortable. Good family room for 2 adults and 2 teenagers.
The toilet broke. But the staff fixed it the minute we told them. So really, we have no complaints at all. Really really lovely.

Joli cadre : piscine entourée de plantes vertes , style colonial.
Chambres spacieuses .
Climatisation efficace.
Calme pour les chambres du patio.
Très central pour se balader dans Valladolid et pour rayonner pour les visites autour : nombreuses cenotes, Ek Balam, Coba, Chichen Itza...
Un frigo dans la chambre serait vraiment appréciable.
Le service est très lent au petit déjeuner.
Le petit déjeuner pourrait être un peu plus copieux et varié (avec des fruits par exemple, 1 jus + 1 boisson chaude)
El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado en el centro de la ciudad a escasos metros de la catedral. El personal es atentísimo y la habitación perfecta. Funciona muy bien el wifi.
El parking es pequeño y, cuando se llena (como ocurrió en mi caso) tienes que ir a un descampado vallado que te abren, por lo que dependes del personal del hotel para que te acompañe. El desayuno estuvo rico, aunque me pareció algo escaso.
