Pros:

La ubicación, perfecta para conocer la ciudad. El restaurante en el roof top, rico y una buena opción para empezar y finalizar el día. :)

Nice upper /roof area. Nice swimming pool. Courteous, helpful staff. Comfortable beds.

Cons:

Not much natural light in our room—one window and the bed was against it, so couldn’t open it much. Thus, there wasn’t much light or fresh air getting in. Bathroom had a moderate sewer odor and the shower sprayed a little wildly.

Hotel agréable et chambre confortable. Bien situé pour visiter Merida. Le personnel est réactif pour rendre service.
Une chambre sur rue m’ayant été attribuée à l’arrivée, la manager du lieu a rapidement trouvé une solution pour échanger avec une chambre plus calme.
A noter aussi, pour répondre à certains commentaires négatifs, que la veille de mon départ le système WIFI a été changé donnant une excellente réception pour consulter internet.

La gentillesse du personnel et leur pro activité

Cons:

L' inspection minutieuse de la chambre le jour de notre départ (draps serviettes lits...) au cas où nous aurions dégradé, taché....
Nous nous sommes senti comme si nous étions des personnes irrespectueuses des lieux.
Attention peu de place sur le parking

Pros:

Personnel très aimable et serviable. L'hôtel est bien placé, environ 10 minutes à pied de San Bernadino de Siena. Un parking pour la voiture mais attention pas de places pour tout le monde. Piscine non testée. Restaurant et petit déjeuner sur le toit également non testé. Nous avons préféré prendre notre petit déjeuner au Muluk café et nous n'avons pas été déçus.

Cons:

Eau très longue à être à bonne température. Les chambres booking sont celles du rez-de-chaussée donc plus bruyantes. Jaccuzy sur le toit terrasse mériterait un entretien bien plus régulier.

Cons:

Purtroppo avevamo una camera al piano terra su strada, la finestra non era possibile aprirla perché o era come stare in vetrina sul marciapiede o entrava odore di smog in quanto strada piuttosto frequentata. Chiaramente vista la posizione era anche piuttosto rumorosa.

Perfetta per visitare la città senza utilizzare i mezzi, buon rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Posizione ottima per visitare a piedi il centro storico di Valladolid.

Cons:

Stanza rumorosa, la nostra stanza era al secondo piano fronte strada. Scarsa connessione wifi. Piscina all’ombra e vasche idromassaggio non riscaldate. La doccia al nostro arrivo era intasata e l’acqua fuoriusciva nel bagno e verso la camera in quanto lo scarico non funzionava correttamente, inoltre, la tavoletta del water era rotta. Entrambi i problemi sono stati risolti il giorno successivo alla nostra segnalazione.
