Pros:

Location is very good.

Cons:

People were drinking and making a lot of noise outside the hotel since morning. The smell of their cigarettes permeated the room.

Great budget hotel
Pros:

Great location near the station. Clean and lovely staff.

There was a cold draft near the window so we had to sleep with the head facing the other side to avoid the cold air.

Perfect for a short, reasonably priced business stay in a convenient location
Pros:

This is a very reasonably priced hotel in a super convenient location opposite Seoul Station. Due to the pricing and the website photos, I honestly wasn't expecting much. But if you just need a small, comfortable room in central Seoul, then Hotel Ziyolk is a great option - especially if you are coming from the airport on the AREX train or you need to get anywhere on the train system. The room was spotlessly clean, bed linen was good quality and the bed / pillows were comfortable. The windows are double glazed, so when closed, I didn't hear any outside noise. Yes, its small but for one person travelling who doesn't need to hang out in the room all day, its pretty perfect. Lovely walk up the hill through Namesan Park (which is gorgeous in autumn) near good restaurants and the Namesan Markets and with a great shopping centre opposite. Reviews refer to walking up the hill with luggage, but this is literally a 20 meter walk after you've exited the station.

Cons:

Shower towels are like hand towels. A larger size towel would be better!

Sehr nah zu Seoul Station.

Cons:

Keine grossen Handtücher, kein WLan im Zimmer, Glaswand zum Bad, kein Lichtschalter am Bett. Dieses Hotel geht wirklich nur für den Notfall.
