Pros:

飯店位置距離地鐵站近，十分方便。櫃檯人員等飯店服務人員都十分親切友善，讓人有舒服且順暢的住宿體驗。房間也十分乾淨、明亮！

Cons:

建議浴室玻璃門中間可以貼霧面紙，若是朋友同住，較可避免尷尬。洗手台略小，水容易灑出來😅

Location was pretty much perfect. Good room aesthetics.

Cons:

Paper thin walls and heavy doors, we heard numerous door slams throughout the night. No hand/body lotion and hair conditioner.

OK if you just want a bed for a night
Pros:

Nice staff, clean room, decent sized room, sound proof. Good place for just 'sleep and leave'.

Cons:

- no lounge in hotel (for a coffee)
- no desk in the room
- no closet to store clothes
- AC is not strong, room temp never went below 24 C

Great location and clean rooms; a bit more bathroom privacy would be nice
Pros:

The staff were incredibly polite, cheerful, and always ready to help, which made our stay very pleasant. The room was compact yet cozy, and spotlessly clean. Its location was perfect, just a short walk from Dhoby Ghaut MRT station, making it easy to get around the city. Chinatown was also within walking distance, which made grabbing lunch or dinner incredibly convenient. Overall, a comfortable and well-located stay that I would gladly recommend!

Cons:

The bathroom and toilet featured a transparent, mirrored design. We stayed in two rooms, one for a couple and another for siblings, and some extra privacy in the bathroom would have made the stay even more comfortable

地理位置很好 去景点都很方便 酒店的香氛也很好闻 对于鼻炎患者很友好 酒店的隐私保护意识很强 特别特别喜欢 Lily 作为店里面唯一的一个中国人 也为我们提供了很好的服务 帮我们解决了很多问题 太好了哈哈哈哈 其他工作人员也很好 最最最最满意的是我和我朋友一致认为 酒店的床垫 很舒服！ 很期待下一次的入住！
