Istanbul Box Hotel

Hotels.xom had advertised two big beds, but they were two tiny beds.
Hotel was brand new and really clean.
Staff were kind and helpful.
Elevator started from 2nd floor, not the easiest to go up and down the stairs

Overall, not worth what we paid for.

Since the location is in the center of the city, it is very advantageous in terms of travel. Rooms were clean, special thanks to the staff for their kindness

Yorumlara bakarak, güzel bir yerdir umuduyla gitmiştik ama daha girişte sorunlar başladı. 15 dakikaya yakın giriş işlemleri sürdü. Sonra elimize bir kağıt verildi ve orada hayal kırıklıkları başladı. Kahvaltı dahil diye tercih etmiştik ama kahvaltı içeriğini görünce gülmeye başladık. Abartısız menü şu: “simit, poğaça, krem peynir ve çay”. Gerçekten zengin bir kahvaltı anlayışları var. Keşke kahvaltı dahil demeselerdi. Resmen kandırmaya yönelik hareket. Sonra odaya geçtik ve yanlış odayı verdiklerini farkettik. Söylediğimizde de kusura bakmayın ama değişiklik yapamayacağız dediler. Telafi için sonraki konaklamanızda %15 indirim yaparız dediler. İnsan o an bir telafi yapar. Zaten tercih etmeyeceğiz bir daha. Resmen laf olsun diye söylendi. Yatak inanılmaz rahatsızdı. 2 tane tekli yatak birleştirilmiş. Oda çok küçük. Banyo sürgülü kapıyla kapanıyor ama ne yazıkki kapı küçük geldiği için tam kapanmıyor. Tam anlamıyla rezalet bir deneyimdi. İşletme yöneticileri tamamen paramıza bakarız sonrası umrumuzda değil kafasındalar. ASLA TERCİH ETMEYİN. Bu fiyatlara daha iyileri var.

Odanıza çıkmak için kullandığınız asansör direk odanıza açılıyor. Kendimi güvende hissetmedim. 4 yastıktan lekesiz olanı bulmaya çalışıp, en az lekeli olanla idare etmek gibi de bir durum var.

The price it too high for the value.
Nobody speaks english.
Breakfast is only bread with cheap cheez an jam.
No coffee anywhere.
Window open only for about 3 inches.
There is a door to the stairs, u have to remember to lock it, or someone will enter to your room easily.
the elevator is 10 inches higher then the ground, and it is too dark to see. My leg hurt from hitting it, and it could be worse if i fall on my face.
In jeneral, it feells like they will do the minimum, to get the maximum price.

İnanılma kötü bir sürpriz ile karşılaştık.Site de aldığımız odanın Bodrum katta olduğu söylendi.Hotels e hiç yakışmadı.Ben sonuç da hotels aracılığı ile bu oteli buldum.Kahvaltı yok denecek kadar azdı.Öyle açık büfe filan değil.ayrıca odayı değiştirmemiz karşılığında para talep edildi

My stay at this hotel was very good. The only thing that was not good, was that the bathroom had an unpleasant odor

This hotel is on one of the main streets in the new town of Istanbul. I was attending a conference in the ICC, which was only 10 minutes walk away so really well positioned. The room was clean, tidy and had a minibar. The bathroom was also clear and well stocked. The hotel had complimentary WiFi, and a TV in the room. The air con was powerful and a real benefit in the climate. This hotel is well situated for the newer end of Istanbul.

This is a little old style boutique hotel - not one of the big expensive flashy chains, but clean, comfortable and above all, very very friendly. They discovered early on that I was a tea drinker and kept me in refills all day long. It was very convenient for my purpose; to be walking distance to the venue of a concert I was attending. If I was just going as a tourist, I probably would have preferred to stay on the other side of the river, but that would have been walking distance to the bazaar and the sites, and being near the concert was more important to me. And I probably would have shopped even more if I'd been closer to the bazaar; even where I was, I blew my spending budget.
