Cons:

Pre-charged before check-in, yet the front desk repeatedly raised payment issues at both check-in and check-out. Clearly there is poor internal communication, which does not match the hotel’s positioning. More disappointing: we arranged a packed breakfast the day before for an early departure; the front desk promised it, but the next morning the staff on duty said there was none. We left hungry with no preparation. I hope the hotel improves internal coordination and does not make guests bear such basic mistakes.

Good value for a place to stay close to witches market centrally located easy to get around the city.
Pros:

Excellent location, friendly hotel, staff travel agency right inside the building

Cons:

No heater or blow dryer in room. The room however did stay warm somehow it was not too cold. I didn’t ask so I don’t know if you can get a blow dryer, but other members of group asked for a heater and got one.

Pros:

O hotel é muito bem localizado, varia bastante o conforto, dependendo da escolha do quarto. Pude ficar em duas acomodações diferentes e creio que as em que ficam no máximo duas pessoas, são melhores. O café é muito gostoso, mas se repete quase todos os dias, muda uma coisinha ou outra, mas é tudo fresquinho.
O ponto alto é o restaurante e a doceria, tudo delicioso, barato, muito saboroso e bem servido.
Tem apresentações de dança, música e arte no restaurante também.
A agência de viagem não tem bons preços, tudo muito mais caro.

La ubicación del hotel es muy cómoda y permite hacer paseos por varipas zonas si es lo que se dese, por ejemplo el mercado de las brujas y zona comercial. Cercano a uno de los esféricos de La Paz

Cons:

No poseía calefacción la habitación así que lo suplen con una estufa eléctrica. No tuvimos ningún otro inconveniente. Su personal excelente
