良かったです。
Pros:

ロケーションがいい。スタッフが優しい。部屋が綺麗。チェックアウトが早かったが、サンドイッチを用意してくれて助かった。

Pros:

Le personnel est très gentil. Nous sommes arrivés très tôt et nous avons pu laisser nos bagages et échanger le jour de notre petit déjeuner car nous repartions en pleine nuit. La douche était bien chaude. La chambre était très propre avec un chauffage d'appoint.

Very good point except for very stressful early morning departure

Location and comfortable bedroom

Cons:

We booked an early morning 5am taxi and breakfast box for our early flight. Went to reception and not manned had to shout to find someone. He then went to get breakfast take away for us - not suitable to eat on the go. Taxi arranged through the hotel did not arrive and had to be rebooked - very stressful!

Pros:

El desayuno es completo y variado y ofrecen alternativas al desayuno si no puedes disfrutar y del mismo porque vas a hacer una excursión o te vas antes del hotel. Cama cómoda, y parte del personal, muy amable.

Cons:

La WiFi no va bien, solo en las zonas comunes. El baño tiene una mala distribución, ya que impedía abrir la mampara porque chocaba con la puerta del baño. Aunque se cerrase la mampara, el agua de la ducha se salía dejando todo el suelo encharcado. El día que hicimos el check in, llegamos tarde porque nos quedamos inmovilizados por culpa de una gran nevada que ocurrió en el país y estuvimos unas 24h encerrados en el autobús. Esto se lo comunicamos desde por la mañana al hotel (íbamos a llegar a las 7 aproximadamente). Cuando vimos que no íbamos a llegar a tiempo ni para cenar, nos pusimos en contacto con ellos por dos vías (sin obtener respuesta), pidiéndoles el favor que nos dejasen preparados ciertos platos de su carta para cenar algo, aunque ya cerrasen la cocina (obviamente haciendo el pago de lo consumido). Cuando llegamos preguntamos y nos dijeron que la cocina estaba cerrada, les dije que les había hecho la petición y su respuesta fue "aquí al lado hay una pizzería, creo que todavía está abierta". Tras cenar en la pizzería fuimos a ducharnos y el agua salía fría. Fui a preguntar y la escusa fue que se habían duchado muchas personas y que hasta dentro de 3 horas el agua no se calentaría (eran las 11 de la noche). Al día siguiente estuvo una chica en recepción que nos atendió perfectamente y nos indicó que si el agua no salía caliente que se lo hiciéramos saber para darnos una solución.
