Very basic hotel, just a bed, a TV and a clean bathroom, not even a phone in the room and breakfast, let's just say you can have a cheaper and better breakfast across the street.
Restaurant service extremely slow and rude.

Un lugar muy comodo y con buena ubicacion para hospedarse.
Pros:

La ubicacion del Hotel es muy buena para los turistas, las instalaciones del hotel son buenas y el desayuno es variado y bien balanceado. El personal realmente fue muy amable en todo momento y siempre estuvieron atentos a solucionar cualquier requerimiento o duda que se tuviera. Sin dudarlo en mi proxima visita los elegiria de nuevo.

Pros:

Localização ótima, funcionários super prestativos. Fomos na época dos bloqueios à cidade e café da manhã que era super bem avaliado estava fraco. Quando os bloqueios terminaram, um café da manhã self service farto justificou as ótimas avaliações.

Pros:

Great location. Staff are generally friendly, cafe is conveniently located next to the hotel. Breakfast each morning was a major bonus - simple but tasty and fresh. Rooms are clean and quiet. Taxis are often waiting outside the hotel.

Cons:

According to the staff member who checked me out, the hotel did not have a functioning debit/credit card terminal, so the only way to process the USD charge for my additional night was to take a photo of my card using a personal phone. I explained that this is simply not an acceptable payment process. Offering to pay in cash (BOL) only caused further misunderstanding when the govt exchange rate was quoted vs the official market rate - a markup of about 40%.

Finally, the Wi-Fi signal did not reach my room. I had to work from the lobby instead.
