Pros:

Location was excellent and was very quiet 5 minute walk to everything and the staff was awesome

Cons:

Construction next door but it was only during the day

Pros:

Comfortable bed, nice staff. Quiet place to stay. It looks like the beach is very close to the place but that beach is super small. We ended up walking about 20 minutes to the beach

Cons:

There is no rooftop, I honestly expected more for the price. Very small bathroom

Bon rapport qualité prix au calme de l'animation de Playa del Carmen
Pros:

Très bien situé , au calme, à 5' de la quinta et du ferry pour Cozumel.
Belles chambres confortables et calmes sauf la 3 où des travaux extérieurs commençaient à 8h.
Ce n'est pas vraiment un hôtel , pas de petit déjeuner mais du café et du thé à disposition. Un frigo et des ustensiles de cuisine ainsi qu'un 7/eleven à proximité vous permettront d'entreposer tout le nécessaire.
Personnel sympathique.

Cons:

Le lavabo de la chambre 3 est très petit

Ruhige, aber zentrale Lage
Pros:

Nahe an der ADO-Busstation (Playa Touristica), am Meer und an der 5th Avenue gelegen, trotzdem ruhige Lage. Sehr sauberes und großes Zimmer und freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Das Zimmer könnte noch einen Ablageplatz für Kleidung gebrauchen.

Safe and calm place to stay; close to the beach, the ferry and to ADO station.
Pros:

We got a friendly and helpful messages from the owner with clear instructions how to get to the suite and how to get in. It is very close to the seaside and our room was shady and had good air conditioning so we could handle the outside temperature and have relaxing nights.

Cons:

Some parts of the hotel could have reconstruction.

Séjour très agréable et confortable
Pros:

L'emplacement à l'écart du bruit de la ville et la végétation faisant face au balcon de notre chambre. l'hébergement chaleureux et le personnel très sympathique et serviable.

Cons:

Il y a eu des travaux de construction autour entraînant du bruit mais c'est des choses qui arrive, on a pas le contrôle la-dessus.

Schönes Hotel in Strandnähe & ruhiger Straße
Pros:

Ich wurde sehr nett empfangen u. hatte einen schönen Aufenthalt im Che Suites Playa!
Es gibt eine Dachterrasse mit Pool & Sonnensegeln, eine Gemeinschaftsküche mit kleinem Aufenthaltsbereich, stabiles WLan u. einen Wasserspender mit gekühltem Wasser.
Sehr gute & ruhige Lage, sichere Gegend, öffentl Strand (Playa Xamanha) in 4 Min. Fußweg erreichbar, ADO Busbahnhof Turistica nur 7 Min. Fußweg entfernt, das Stadtzentrum liegt direkt um die Ecke. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis!

Superb location
Pros:

My room was clean & comfortable. I love having access to a kitchen. The location was great... close to ADO, ferry, beach, restaurants... and in a relatively quiet area. Helpful staff.

Cons:

The rooftop patio was nice but definitely needs some work... lots of loose boards and toe stubbing screws. Unfortunately for me, my room faced construction with lights on all night 😒

Nice guesthouse
Pros:

Nice guesthouse located in a green, quiet and safe neighbourhood. Location is perfect, close the beach, shops, restaurants and only 7 minutes walking from the ADO busstation. Good room with fast wifi. The staff is great, good communication by Whats App and they gave me also good recommendations about restaurants.

Cons:

The main light is the room is not very strong. The roof terrace can use some maintenance, the parasol seems to be worn for already quite some time. But the small rooftop pool is very nice, even saw some monkeys from there.
