Pros:

The check-in process was super smooth thanks to the staff contacting us to plan when we would arrive so that they could show us around and make sure that we felt oriented. The bed was super comfy and the room had everything we needed. The location is really great - quiet and tucked away, yet steps away from downtown playa. The price was unbeatable too!

Cons:

There is no elevator which was no problem for us but it may not be accessible to all. The staff helped us to bring our bags upstairs!

Schöne Unterkunft mit einer tollen Dachterasse. Die Lage ist super, um in das Zentrum zu kommen, an den Strand, zum Bus oder zur Fähre.

L’accueil parfait par la jeune très gentille et serviable, la chambre très bien
Pros:

Là chambre était très bien ainsi que la literie
L’emplacement nous étions à côté de la rue principale pour aller à la mer au centre le soir et aussi aller au port.

Cons:

Situé dans une résidence l’accès à l’établissement était difficile nous ne pouvions pas y aller en voiture et il faut se garer à l’extérieur et payer pour la voiture toute la journée.

Great place for short stay before catching ferry to Cozumel.
Pros:

We stayed for 1 night on arrival in Mexico. We just wanted a bed for the night that was walking distance to the Ferry port as we were heading to Cozumel the next day. Che suites was more than adequate. Large, clean comforatble room with good batthroom and A/C. Very quiet and perfect location for our needs.

Cons:

If you are arriving after hours, ensure you have mobile data to get the remote access codes to enter the building. I asked for the codes to be sent before I got on my flight, and they were, but by the time we arrived, the code had been changed. It wasn't a problem for us as we received the nessage with the vew code, but it would have been an issue if we did not have Mobile Data.

Great hotel in ideal location
Pros:

Great location in a quieter area, it's super close to Playacar beach, 5th avenue, the ferry terminal etc. The room we had was really nice with a balcony. Very clean and comfy bed. Staff very helpful with recommended actions etc.

Cons:

Getting the temperature balance right in the shower can be a bit tricky, but a minor thing.

Pros:

Comfortable bed, nice staff. Quiet place to stay. It looks like the beach is very close to the place but that beach is super small. We ended up walking about 20 minutes to the beach

Bon rapport qualité prix au calme de l'animation de Playa del Carmen
Pros:

Très bien situé , au calme, à 5' de la quinta et du ferry pour Cozumel.
Belles chambres confortables et calmes sauf la 3 où des travaux extérieurs commençaient à 8h.
Ce n'est pas vraiment un hôtel , pas de petit déjeuner mais du café et du thé à disposition. Un frigo et des ustensiles de cuisine ainsi qu'un 7/eleven à proximité vous permettront d'entreposer tout le nécessaire.
Personnel sympathique.

Cons:

Le lavabo de la chambre 3 est très petit
