People above us making noise a lot of the night. Will ask for a room on top floor in the future

Pros:

The room was mostly good- quiet,, beds were soft, and we slept well.

Cons:

The pool was closed, Pancake machine out of order, the wifi didn't work, there was a drop of blood on the wall of our room, and there was oil spilled throughout a row of parking spaces, which caused us to slip and fall.

Easy to access
Nice check in lady that was helpful getting items out room was lacking

Cons:

Food particles on the pull out bed with lots of cereal and Pills under the edge of bed( clearly was NOT cleaned.)

Dog across the hall barking LOTS

Not enough towels or pillows to accommodate our people that room was booked for.

Very pleasant stay
Pros:

Property was clean and we kept. The staff was helpful and we were very comfortable. The bed was comfortable and multiple pillows to chose from

Cons:

We ran into a little snag at check in, no fault of the hotel but I had booked the wrong day. Staff tried to help but i needed to work with booking instead.

Probably our last stay here.
Pros:

This is the newest hotel in this area, so the building and parking lot appear to be in good shape. It's location is in close proximity to I-49 and local restaurants.

Cons:

The bathroom's tile floor was NOT at all clean. My niece who was also staying here found a bedbug on one of her bathroom towels. She captured it and took it to front desk personnel who did not seem concerned or apologetic. That's a bit disturbing!
