At Residence Suvarnabhumi Hotel

A magical place in the very heart of Bangkok. It is the most amazing accommodation I have had in Bangkok in recent years. Beautiful and family atmosphere, at times I felt as if I were on the islands, while after walking out of the residence I found myself in the center of the action. Breakfast and cuisine are gastronomic experiences. As one of the few places that made me feel at home, I definitely want to return. Who wants to live in the center, have everything within walking distance, and want to feel like a home environment with amazing cuisine and individual approach, this is a unique opportunity to stay at Rose Residence...

Nice Hotel for staying close to the airport for really fair price and fair priced shuttle. Really nice and friendly staff.

Very clean and spacious for our family of 4.
Perfect for that one night stay before heading to our next destination.
Would definitely book this again in the future.

My husband and I stayed this hotel for two nights due to transit to Cambodia. Booked more than six months ago because of very good reviews. There are not much options for decent transit hotel for price and quality compared to other large cities.

At the time of booking the hotel suggested transportation services for 200THB/room per way. It was okay but not great as we had to wait at the airport for more than 30 minutes.
We were asked to pay at check in. My Japanese credit card (VISA&Master) didn’t work because transaction system they use is very old (I could use my credit card in Bangkok city center)

The room was okay size, strong AC (noisy) , less sound proof , several misquotes welcome us. Small bathroom with very low pressure shower (temperature was stable).
The location was not attractive for us because there are not much places to eat besides the mall located 15-20 minutes walk way so we took grab for nearest station (US$6) and used train to get to city center.
Overall I would not recommend for anyone can afford a couple hundred dollars for transit hotel. If you are female single travelers and tight on budget this hotel may suit your need ( I saw that type of guests)

口コミが良いのでカンボジアへ行くためのトランジットで利用しましたがグローバルチェーンホテルにすれば良かったと後悔しました。送迎をつけましたが空港で30分待たされ、部屋には蚊が数匹飛んでいて、シャワーの水圧がチョロチョロで髪の毛を洗うのも時間がかかります。空港ホテルにしては外の音が聞こえるし、館内の音もよく聞こえます。送迎費用をカードで払おうとしたのですがVISAもmasterも使えず、手持ちの現金で払いましたが、理由はホテルのカードシステムが古すぎて対応出来なかった事。翌日、バンコク市内で様々な店でカードを使いましたが全く問題はありませんでした。

Very nice and cozy hotel. Our room was very clean, even balcony. Beds were good and wide. Staff was very helpful. We ate a good dinner at the hotel restaurant and took the transportatation to the airport. This was our second time in the hotel and we Will be back if/when we come to Thailand again.

Very close to the airport, we stayed one night between two flights. We arrived after midnight and check-in was quick and efficient. Clean and spacious rooms, breakfast is served in a cute cafe adjacent to the hotel. Excellent VFM. Highly recommended for those who want to be close to the airport

Awesome place. Super clean. Nice Staff. Comfortable for a family of 4. Close to the airport. Walking distance to local market. I would stay here again.

Overall, everything was good. The rooms are modest and simple, but very clean. There were even slippers provided, which was a nice and somewhat unexpected touch.

The only downside is that the hotel does not offer breakfast. However, there is an amazing café nearby with excellent Thai cuisine. Still, if the hotel had breakfast, the experience would be even better.

Nice Hotel with very friendly and helpfull Staff. The Pool and At Restaurant are nice and the Food is good. There are more Restaurants and Markets in abaut 10 min walking distance or you take a Grab/ Taxi.

It was our second stay in this Place and we like to come here after a long Flight to relax and prepear the Holidays.

Convenient to airport but still relatively quiet. Nice, well maintained property with a cute, homey look. They offer different types of rooms. We stayed in one that was like a small condo with bedroom, dining/living room area, bathroom and kitchenette. The hotel staff was very good. Very nice restaurant on the property. We had breakfast there once and dinner once and both were excellent. We will come back again.

Great overnight stop close to airport. Clean comfortable and staff were most helpful. Needed to catch an early flight the following day and all was smooth and seamless.

Stayed in this hotel two different times and both times I felt comfortable, safe and cared for. The location was great for accessing the airport; for exploring the city, it took some travel time to get across town. The room and bathroom were clean and I appreciated having a coffee/tea maker (I'm an early riser), the ability to adjust the temperature in the room and hot showers. The front desk people were super nice and helpful -- always a friendly hello when I went through the lobby. Definitely recommend.

Great location great staff and beds are comfy. Rooms are always clean. Grounds are clean. Restaurant on site and close by.

I and my fiancée stayed at this hotel twice on a trip to Thailand this November. Normally we stayed at Novotel airport which I believed it has changed to something else because it was close and convenience but it was so pricy so we looked for somewhere else with reasonable price because our flight scheduled to arrive quite late. We booked our first stay months before our trips.

I also booked a pick up from the airport, a hotel sent an instruction how to find a hotel vehicle which was so easy to find them, just like they were always standing by for picking up, quite convenience and it was just 10 mins away from the airport.

We arrived to the hotel almost midnight, reception was still there to check us in. I booked a suite double bed , a room was specious and clean, bed and pillows were so comfortable. We slept well.
We added a breakfast with a room which was good price and just right for a person, we also received a welcome drinks and a plate of fresh fruits as we booked through with a hotel website.

First I planed for my sister to pick us up because we lived out of Bangkok but we asked a hotel to find a car to take us to my home town. A reception was so happy to help out and booked a car with a reasonable price.

I decided to book again on the last night in Bangkok through a hotel. I was not disappointed, customer service was above standard and easy to contact a hotel when I needed help.

Bonus !! Hotel is located not so far from a big shopping malls, Paleo and Robinson, which we could go for dinner and currency exchanges. Also 7/11 a 24/7 convenience store.

I recommend this place if you need a night stay for connecting flight.

Excellent hotel ideal for an early flight out of the airport. Only 200 THB for shuttle van from airport when we arrived and the same price to go back there at 5am. Lovely room, great staff and really good value. There is also a small restaurant on site. Definitely would use again.

I was hesitant to book here at first but i am super glad we stayed here. I had one of the best experiences in a hotel in bangkok here at At Residence. The staff is 10/10 and kudos to the front desk for accommodating our requests and making sure we are comfortable while we are staying at the hotel. You guys definitely made our stay worthwhile. While there are other equally great hotels in Bangkok, i would definitely recommend this to my friends who will be visiting Bangkok. Price is super affordable, rooms are new and clean, amenities are good enough for the price and the staff 10/10!

It’s a great place with everything you need from an airport hotel in terms of facilities but the welcome really makes it special.

The hotel shuttle worked well for pick up at the hotel with instructions and picture before arrival.
Upon arrival , greeted with friendly faces after a weary 20 hours of flying.
Clean room with complimentary fruit and juice for breakfast. Cafe with small menu but has food for both cultures.
Will come again.

I booked this place for 1 night between flights, and could not have made a better choice! Do yourself a favor and book the rides to & from...I got in late at night after 26 hrs of travel, and the chaos in Bangkok would have made it very difficult to arrange transport. Breakfast was delicious, the staff warm & helpful, and it was scrupulously clean.
