Pros:

Posizione ottimale, stanze accoglienti, ampie e pulite. Il balconcino nella nostra camera davvero carino anche per una cenetta tranquilla, oltre che una bellissima vista sulla città e sul monte Vitosha. Buon servizio di pulizia camere anche dopo l'ora di pranzo, se si vuole rimanere un po' più a lungo a riposare.

Cons:

La colazione è completamente da rivedere come qualità e come disponibilità di vivande. Per 10€ a persona al giorno, non ne vale davvero la pena.

Awful, disrespectful and unprofessional staff, worn out property that should not have been offered to any guest at all.

Bathroom was in awful condition with unbelievably worn out tub which looked dirty and disgusting.
The toilet holder was broken and the r was no toilet paper. When we told the staff at the reception that we do not have toilet paper, they replied that this is not their job to put toilet paper. When we complained to the reception about awful state of the bathroom, they patronised us saying that this was an’economy’ room and was the cheapest in the hotel. I said the 70euros/night +city taxes is not cheap stay for any part of the world. I also said that such a kind of rooms should not have been offered to anyone. In summary, reception staff was completely unprofessional, dismissive and disrespectful. Instead of apologies for awful state of the accommodation that they provided to us, they treated us in the most undignified way.Well done, thank you! But there is nothing to thank you for.

See you soon Rila Hotel Sofia and I will definitely recommend it to my friends and families

The property is very close to famous spots in Sofia and the place is full of restaurants,bars and supermarkets and the restaurant down this hotel is great, I really recommend the visitors to try it and the best thing about the location of this hotel is very quiet, very safe and also very clean. The rooms is very clean except the “Mini Fridge” that doesn’t work but everything is fantastic. I would book this again soon when I go back to Bulgariaaaa!
