Trato muy poco profesional en recepción

Cons:

Tuve una experiencia muy desagradable con el personal de recepción. Salí un momento del hotel y, al volver a entrar, mientras esperaba el ascensor, el hombre que estaba en recepción me llamó de muy malas formas para preguntarme si estaba alojada en el hotel y, a continuación, en qué habitación me hospedaba. Todo esto ocurrió delante de otros huéspedes, lo que me hizo sentir muy incómoda y expuesta. Entiendo que deban comprobar quién accede al hotel, pero hay formas mucho más educadas y discretas de hacerlo.
