reasonable price hotel to stay
Pros:

the hotel has reasonable price, friendly owner, helpful receptionist. It's quite good to stay there, my husband I really enjoy and love this one/

You get what you pay for
Pros:

We ended up switching hotels. I am pretty sure they switched our reservation from the time we booked it to when we arrived. We didnt get an air condition unit all we received was a fan. The place was full of ants and they was no way you could sleep in the rooms, way too hot.

Nice staff, but wouldn't recommend
Pros:

Pleasant staff at this hotel. All very friendly. However, Merlys is located far from the beach. It's either a long walk (30mins) or a taxi ride.
The room itself was clean but v basic, and electricity went a few times. No flushing toilet. Cold shower. Uncomfortable bed. No working wifi. It's priced as a budget hotel but I feel you can get better value rooms elsewhere on the island.

Pros:

dont stay here!!! Horrible location, no tp, no shower, far from anything. Seriously, don't stay here.
