Nous avons apprécié l'ensemble des prestations fournies. La navette pour faire l'aller-retour aéroport-hotel est très appréciable. L'hôtel est très propre et moderne. Nous avons passé une nuit de transit à Jakarta. Cet hôtel était parfait.
The room was spacious and comfortable.
There was a vanity kit with environmentally friendly toothbrush and even a shaving kit… normally not to be expected in a 3 star accommodation.
Breakfast was varied with freshly cooked eggs, local fruit, different types of pastries as well as some more traditional dishes
Overall a very positive experience
Goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. We hebben hier 1 nachtje overnacht. Goede shuttle service van/naar het vliegveld, ze komen goed op tijd en geen extra kosten. Hebben het hotel daarom ook weer geboekt voor onze terugreis :)
Gewoon goed als je een nachtje moet overbruggen tussen het vliegen door

The hotel was close to the airport and provided a free shuttle. The room and facilities was good enough as I only stayed one night
Unfortunately, I found a cockroach in my room which is an absolute no-no for a hotel... Extremely disappointing and honestly really put me off. I found this right before I was about to checkout and flagged it to the reception staff and the manager came to me and apologized but didn't really offer anything further which again is very disappointing.
La situation proche de l’aéroport
Nous avions réservé la navette de l’hôtel pour 23h30, y étions à 23h20 et personne n’étant présent. En contactant l’hôtel il nous a été indiqué d’attendre jusqu’à 00h30 pour avoir la navette, nous avons donc pris un taxi.
Le téléphone de la chambre a sonné à 02h45 pendant la nuit, sans raison apparente.
Le drap ne couvrait pas l’intégralité du matelas, ce n’est pas une hygiène convenable.
Vicinanza all'aereoporto
Servizio navetta non troppo affidabile. Abbiamo dovuto contattare più volte la struttura e aspettare un tempo effettivamente esagerato. Inoltre non è stato molto chiaro il punto di incontro, per cui abbiamo dovuto girovagare inutilmente dentro l'aereoporto. Questo dopo un viaggio di quasi 20 ore di voli non è stato piacevole.

Staff at the hotel were helpful
I booked shuttle from airport to the hotel, I had to walked all the way to the east lobby as directed but there’s no shuttle. At the end I had to take taxi on my own expense. Apparently I had to book via WhatsApp. But I did speak to somebody from the hotel via booking.com and they said they booked the shuttle for me.
Then when I arrived finally, the room was so hot as the ac was had a problem. But the fixed it quickly . The staff was excellent and apologetic.
The bathroom was soooo bad and dirty, at first the drain was blocked, but after sometimes it improved.
Wir sind am späten Abend in Jakarta (CGK) gelandet. Da wir bereits am Folgetag morgens weiterreisen mussten, haben wir mit dem Citadines Connect Airport Jakarta Hotel eine Unterkunft gefunden, die sich ca. 10 Autominuten vom Flughafen befindet. Es gab sogar einen kostenlosen Shuttle durch das Hotel.
Die Unterkunft war sehr einladend, komfortabel und modern. Wir hatten vor Ort alles, was wir brauchten. In der Lobby gab es ebenso ein gemütliches Café, das zum Verweilen einlädt.
Wir waren rundum zufrieden und würden in einer ähnlichen Situation immer wieder auf das Hotel zurückgreifen.

Great location, especially for travelers needing easy access to the airport. Parking is available, which is very convenient. The rooms were very clean, and the bed was comfortable, making for a pleasant and restful stay.
My stay was generally okay, but there are several areas that need improvement.
The front desk staff could be friendlier and more welcoming. In Room 707, both the bath soap and hand soap dispensers were empty.
Additionally, the air conditioning in Room 701 was not cooling properly, which made the room uncomfortable. And there was only one pair of slippers provided. The toilet tissue supplied was also a very small roll.
I hope these issues can be addressed to improve the experience for future guests.
