Hands down best hotel in the area
Pros:

The staff to start with were beyond amazing, I had some room problems and the manger without question upgraded me to a suite room. Both rooms I had were beyond spacious. Complimentary shuttle To and From airport. I love Indonesian food and there are tons of warungs to eat at but if that’s not your thing, the hotel has a very good dining room and room service.

Cons:

There is nothing I would change for me it’s very clean and well worth the price best hotel in the area

تم الاتفاق مع الفندق بالاستقبال من المطار لم احد من طرف الفندق حضر المطار لاستقبالنا بعد الوصول والانتظار اتصل سايق الفندق اذا وصلت اتصل عليه .....!!!!! فا استاجرت سيارة وذهبت للفندق ولم يقدم الفندق اي اعتذار

Not respectfully didn't listen to the customer needs low understand the customer need to replay the words 10 time all they want the money I belive the customer service can I take it by spending money for the reception answer with one answer 10 dollar baddest hotel I set - one star more qualify than there value

Cons:

From the first impression with the check in, the front desk missed mentioning that there is another booking under the same reservation. When she asked the name of the booking under, we could see there was something she was meaning to say but she didn't. We were really tired when we arrived, we thought of why we were only put in 1 room. No service of taking our luggage to the room. We nearly complained but we thought we didn't want to make a big deal. She put us in 1 room while we actually booked for 2 and she didn't mention anything at all. We feel like she was being dishonest.

Convenient, comfortable
Pros:

Very comfortable bed with excellent pillows. Great location right next to the airport, with an airport shuttle running every two hours, very convenient. The staff were very kind, accommodating and always with a smile on their face.

Cons:

I had breakfast and dinner at the restaurant in the hotel and both times I found the food not good. But other than the restaurant, the hotel is worth it.

Lovely place for a one-night transit.
Pros:

Lovely hotel to spend a transit night near the airport. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, breakfast buffett was pretty nice and staffs were wonderful. Free shuttle to the airport was much appreciated. Will be back.
