booked for a deluxe queen bedroom, but they gave me twin beds due to lack of availabilities.
I absolutely would not recommend this place. The airport shuttle took well over an hour (very disorganized); for the return trip, we booked a Grab instead. We also had to wait ages for dinner, which was served lukewarm and was, at best, average in terms of taste. Breakfast was just so-so—you’d expect more for 120,000 Rp. The staff seemed completely unmotivated—totally unusual for Indonesia, where people are usually extremely friendly. All in all, in terms of value for money, this was definitely the worst experience of our five-week trip to Indonesia.
Très confortable, la navette est venue nous chercher et nous a ramené à l’aéroport, très pratique! Ils nous ont aussi laissé garder la chambre jusqu’à 13h30.
Certains coins de la chambre manquaient de propreté et d’entretien même si de manière générale c’était très correct !

Un hotel perfecto para dormir una noche, cerca del aeropuerto. Habitaciones cómodas y funcionales y buen desayuno.
La zona en la que está es de tránsito, sin nada atractivo. Es un hotel de conexión, eso sí, muy funcional y recomendable.
