夜はスカイツリーが見えて、朝は富士山が見えて、窓からの景色が最高でした。使わなかったけど、部屋に電子レンジがあったので、部屋で温めて食べることも出来たかも！
Pros:

予約時に部屋のリクエストをしていたら、叶えて下さってて、お礼を伝えると、スタッフの方も笑顔で応えて下さって、良い思い出になりました。
西葛西という場所も落ち着いた雰囲気で私は好きでした。
朝食もパンの種類が豊富で楽しかったです。

清潔感乃ある素敵なホテルでした。ぜひお勧めします。
Pros:

大人3名で使用しましたが部屋も広く、とても静かでした。２泊したのですが、部屋の掃除やタオルやシーツ交換もされていました。連泊の時はしないホテルが多い中ありがたかったです。

Pros:

Hotel was recently refurbished and it showed. Everything looked spotless and fresh. I like a firm mattress/pillow so this was also a big plus for me.
Quality of the linnen: exceptional for a hotel in this price category.
Smart TV in the room which is also rare for a hotel of this caliber - you could also see how busy the breakfast was via the TV. Very handy.
I simply adore staying in the Nishi Kasai area; you can reach basically any part of the city with max one transfer. It's nice to come back to a calm area after walking around big crowds in Tokyo all day.
It's very close to the Disney Resort - we even walked there one day (but would not recommend with kids - its about a 60 min walk)
Solid housekeeping.
A lot of complementary amenities you can pick up yourself at reception (I prefer it that way; less waste)
Price/quality very hard to beat, especially compared to their peers since the hotel is way fresher.
Compared to other hotels in the area I had no issues with cigarettes/smoke smell in the hallways/rooms.
One very important thing to note; I had a non refundable booking on other dates but I had to cancel travel plans because of flight disruptions. The hotel staff was kind enough to let me cancel the booking and refund me the booking fee. I found that amazing.

Cons:

These are just minor notes. I would definitely stay here again.

I booked a small double bed room but was traveling solo. The room was perfect for me but I can imagine it would be really tight with 2 people.
Lighting in the bathroom could have been a bit better at the vanity.
Compared to other hotels of the same caliber in the area (eg; Rembrandt) I found the frontdesk staff to be a bit "not present"- I would often walk in/out of the lobby without being acknowledged, which felt a bit weird.
Breakfast will get uncomfortably busy at times, but even in the early times lots, it gets busy. The restaurant area is maybe too small for a 14 floor hotel.
