Tivemos uma péssima experiência!

Cons:

Apesar de receber confirmação no e-mail com a mensagem “está tudo certo com sua hospedagem, faça check-in na recepção”, inclusive com os números dos quartos, não estava nada certo. Ficamos 1h e meia, com criança pequena e bebês na madrugada, na recepção, tentando uma solução. Ao entrar no quarto exaustos, vimos logo uma barata na sala. Fomos embora apressados poucas horas depois, acabamos deixando uma bolsa de roupas da família na porta do elevador, que foi furtada. Vimos as imagens da câmera. Alegaram parecer lixo, mas, uma equipe honesta de limpeza sabe qual é a coisa certa a fazer com itens esquecidos na porta do elevador (como esse, por exemplo: uma bolsa com roupas novas, mas sujas, inclusive roupa íntima) no elevador de um flat/hotel.
