Nice staff and good location.
Pros:

The receptionist Karolinne was very good and asked all the right questions to make sure i ad a good stay.
Overall, staff was very good
location is good.

Cons:

The only improvement is variety for the restaurants/breakfast - it could have more local food

Hotel muito limpo e confortável por preço excelente.
Pros:

Quarto limpíssimo, com ótimo aparelho de ar condicionado. Vista bonita. Boa academia. De modo geral, acomodações práticas, confortáveis e discretas. Localização conveniente para quem quer ficar em Boa Viagem.

Cons:

O café da manhã poderia ser melhor. Em especial, acho muito ruim a máquina de café da Três Corações, que, infelizmente, vários hoteis adotam: o café espresso que ela faz é péssimo, e as bebidas com leite vêm adoçadas e dulcíssimas, sem que seja possível retirar o açúcar.

Tem ótima localização, boa cozinha e quarto confortável. Estacionamento.

Cons:

Já nos hospedamos antes neste mesmo hotel, mas percebemos uma certa queda no controle de qualidade no restaurante onde é servido o café da manhã. Havia copo quebrado (rachado) e pratos não muito bem limpos.

Ótima localização, bom café da manhã, quarto grande e cama confortável, banheiro muito bom. Recomendo e volto tranquilamente. Todos os funcionários foram muito atenciosos e educados.
