Stay here! It's wonderful!
Pros:

room was wonderful: large and spacious. staff was super helpful and friendly. location was mostly ok: a bit on the industrial side, neighborhood wise, but easily ride-shared. rooms were clean, breakfast was continental and sufficient (i.e., there was coffee).

Cons:

they can't help it, but the side streets go late and get busy early. party animals, garbage truck pickup, buses starting out, typical NYC street noise. windows do open, but not sure you want to do that...Tell your ride share driver to drop you at the corner of Norman and Henry to avoid the one-way streets.

Esperava uma estadia muito melhor pelo valor cobrado. Não vale a pena.

A acomodação é boa e limpeza também.

Cons:

Funcionários arrogantes e desrespeitosos, sem senso algum de comunicação. Localização muito industrial. Café da manhã ruim, pouquíssimas opções de qualidade baixa. Máquina de ar-condicionado muito barulhenta, especialmente durante a noite.

Sehr freundliches Personal, immer hilfsbereit. Zimmer/Bad sauber, Minibar mit vielen Snacks; Leihräder vorm Hotel, Bäcker und Deli leicht erreichbar. Uns hat's sehr gut gefallen.

Cons:

Bis zur nächsten U-Bahn schon ein 10-15 Minuten Fußweg.

All in all value for money, will come back
Pros:

Nice location , good value for money , Greenpoint , close to Nassau Ave with the park. . Good neighbourhood, nice bars and restaurants. You need a cap to get to Manhattan.could invest in a new air condition , beside that all very nice
