A gem of a hotel with great facilites and staff
Pros:

The staff were very friendly, and the hotel looks immaculate. The room I was assigned was spacious and beautifully decorated. I had everything I needed, including a desk, a fridge, a teakettle and a coffee pot to make myself at home, and the bed was very comfortable to sleep in. There was a lovely patio on my floor of the hotel, where I could sit and watch the sunset. It was very peaceful to work out there beforehand. A lovely stay overall.

Cons:

There was considerable street noise coming into the room, but I was able to turn on the ceiling fans, which drowned most of it out and helped me get a decent night's sleep.

Prima uitvalsbasis voor een aantal New York.
Pros:

Prima kamer, lekker ruim, schoon, licht en met een flink balkon. Het bed sliep goed. Personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk en het ontbijt was best eenvoudig maar goed om de dag mee te starten. De wijk Greenpoint is leuk en levendig. Als je van barretjes en koffietentjes houdt dan zit je hier goed. De metro is niet ver weg en brengt je in no time naar Manhattan.

Cons:

Wij zaten aan de kant van de ingang en de bedrijven die naast hotel zitten maken 's nachts aardig geluid.
Helaas was de douche in het bad.

LOVE this hotel. The studio deluxe room with kitchenette is the best deal in Brooklyn. Great vibes. Nice people. Tall ceilings.

Beautiful hotel
Pros:

Absolutely beautiful- love all the artwork and ambience.

Cons:

Asked for room to be cleaned and they forgot- gave us 3 items from mini bar and 15% off next stay. Our toilet had overflowed so we really needed room cleaned. I didn’t feel that was enough compensation.

A nice place to call home base while visiting Brooklyn.
Pros:

Loved the space offered in the studio loft. It was clean and comfortable. I liked the design and artwork too.

Cons:

Our room was right on the street and was noisy in the morning.

Tiny room right off desk could hardly move around in it. Noisy and cold. Have stayed at Henry Norman many times and rooms usually fine and were very surprised at tiny room for same price usually pay for larger room

Location is excellent. Breakfast was included which was a bonus!

Cons:

I wish the fitness room had not been under repair. I was able to use the gym at another hotel and appreciated being able to do so. The staff at the Henry Norman are all incredible!

Pros:

The hotel was wonderful. It was clean, comfortable, and exceeded my expectations. Andy, the guest service agent, was incredibly helpful and even upgraded me to a beautiful room, which I truly appreciated. Big shoutout to him for the excellent service. I highly recommend this hotel. 10/10
