Pros:

They did a beautiful job creating a woman inviting Hotel in this space

Cons:

I wanted to check in an hour early and was told I would be charged $150. I think that’s a little excessive and it put a bad taste in our mouth to start our stay.

Convenient, friendly and artsy near our son was all we want and need.

Friendly but not too formal staff, easy free street parking ; deck off room and then deck overlooking city in back, tall ceilings

Pros:

Love this boutique hotel! Large, comfortable rooms, each a little different. The staff makes every stay enjoyable. A shout out to Jory, Tristen and Chris as well as the entire staff.

Cons:

Not crazy about having the room fridge filled with mini bar items.

Pros:

I love this hotel -I come and stay to visit family and the staff are all exceptional, it’s immaculate and I couldn’t rate it more highly. It’s good value, the rooms are huge and it’s all together a top class experience. Thanks all at the Henry Norman 5 star plus

Great location, comfortable hotel, will absolutely stay again.
Pros:

Really lovely hotel with kind staff. The location is superb - amazing for staying in the heart of Brooklyn, with so many shops and restaurants nearby. The rooms were comfortable and large. Always someone helpful and friendly at the front desk. I will absolutely be staying here again!

Cons:

If you really want/need natural light, guests should request to stay on the ground floor or higher - the lower ground floor rooms are still lovely, spacious, and comfortable, but they are a bit dark.
