Lift only went to the 6th floor and we were on the 7th floor, had to drag our cases up two flights of stairs.
The lift broke down while we were there.
The room was (214) We opened the curtains and the windows had never been cleaned to find we were looking over a scrap yard.
Plugs were hanging off the walls and you could see the wires. Coffee stains up the walls. Hair dryer blew up. Bed only changed once and that’s because we asked. Floor in bathroom and bedroom never mopped the whole time we were there. Shower had paper on the floor when we arrived, so not cleaned. Dressing table draws were broken. (bottom falling out).
Swimming pool was under cover and not been cleaned, Everyone was complaining that the water was murky and grey. Nothing done about it for a few days.
Beach was full of cigarette ends, plastic bottles and cups. There was a strong smell of sewerage when sitting on the beach. Sun loungers were broken. The Beach and pool were on the lower floor, if you pressed the lift to go up from the beach to the higher floors it gave you a shock.
Dinning Room. Plastic containers holding sauces had not ben washed, liquid had dried around the edges with finger marks.
Choices of food was very limited, and put out twice in one day. Lunch and evening. Bread that had been on peoples tables were put back to be used again. Staff clearing the food away before 9pm.
Restaurant Manager, spraying deodorant under his arms in the restaurant and changing into another T -shirt. Putting the dirty T- shirt in a slot next to the knives and forks while people were eating.
Drinks were undrinkable. We were advised by staff to go out and buy our own and we could drink them in the hotel, no need to hide them..( This was an all inclusive holiday). Coffee and Tea machine kept breaking down. Through out the holiday we bought these concerns to the staff at the front desk, but they could only apologise and no more was done about the concerns., over the two weeks we listened to others who were staying in the hotel and the complaints they also had. We would never go back to the Grand Sahins again.
In our long experience this is the worst hotel we have ever encountered. How can LOVE HOLIDAYS sell this disgusting Hotel to anyone.

The hotel is dirty .

The first room we got looked like someone had just left it. The sheets on the bed were very crumpled. The bathroom floor was flooded with water that had been there for a long time because the surface of the flooded floor was white sediment. We asked to change the room because it was dirty, it had no balcony and they put us on the floor where the hotel staff slept. We had to pay extra 90 € for a room change. The room was also very worn, the toilet was clogged and not bolted to the floor. The pool water was literally green. The worst thing about the whole holiday was that when I was returning from the amphibian twice, I was electrocuted by touching one of the elevator buttons. I reported the whole situation to the main manager of the hotel. Unfortunately, she did nothing about it. If you want to lose money, you can buy a vacation in this hotel. I will pass it from a distance because it is shining but with dirt and it is not safe for guests

Just back from there it was nothing like photos good was awful so many things wrong could not get drink when wanted all the staff would say was it’s finnished I would not recommend this place to anyone especially if you have children as there is nothing for them and don’t even attempt to speak to there so called two Alex he must be the rudest person we had our flights cancelled his response was awful did not want to know the only good thing about this hotel was we met some great people who all had complaints so my advise is STAY Away

The pictures are nothing but a lie , don’t let them fool you the hotel is so noisy with constant slamming of doors .including through the night the walls are so thin it’s like you’re in the same room as the person next door the food is disgusting and the alcohol is undrinkable the pictures on love holidays website aren’t a true reflection of this hotel please don’t make the same mistake as we did and come here you’ll be sorry the jetty is unsafe and isn’t anything like the pictures

I have never taken much notice of reviews when booking a holiday as I like to form my own opinion but I really wish I had this time.
The food is awful and repetitive. Spent a fortune eating out and I’m not normally a fussy eater!
If you are diabetic forget it you will be drinking water as no diet drinks.
This is sold as all inclusive but you can’t have fizzy soft drinks or alcohol until 11am and the bar closes at 11pm.
Fruit juice/tea and coffee are available at breakfast until 11pm but the pipes feeding water into the machines are full of green algae.
There were lots of people with poorly tummy’s.
The staff are in your face wanting tips all the time and some too over friendly with the ladies.
Kamal is the nicest guy there. Very helpful and kind and wants nothing in return.
Pool toilets and reception toilets are disgusting. I never saw them being cleaned.
The hotel needs lots of repair work.
The only positive was our room. It was spacious and cleaned daily.
I would say this hotel is a one star at the most.
The hotel Manager is lovely but she really needs to train her staff.

Hotel isn’t the nicest the floors are smashed in dining area and not very great food but all in all quite cheap and probably worth the money, most of the staff don’t speak English but Kemal made the holiday wonderful he is the best bar man and very friendly if you go to the grand Sahin I would definitely recommend speaking to Kemal.

We stayed here for 1 week, we read reviews before our trip and thought people were maybe being fussy, when we arrived we realised that we were wrong. The rooms are dirty, the shower is freezing cold, the mattresses are stained the food is awful, we didn't eat a mouthful of food the entire stay we had to eat out every day, when we asked for tea or coffee they said " it's finished" we had to wait for 2 hours for towels one night, my cousin got an electric shock when she pressed the button on the lift, when we told the staff they said ' yeah electricity problem" and kept the lift in service!! The smoke detector in the room has no batteries in it!! The light switches and plug sockets are hanging off the wall! The beach stinks of sewage! The jetty is nothing like the pictures, the shower door falls off hinges, the WiFi doesn't work had to spend loads of money on data, curtains dont fit the windows so we got woken up when the sun rose, staff didnt care at all when we complained, toilet roll not replenished in the room, false lashes stuck to telephone in room and used face mask under bed, cracked mirrors in the lifts, no kettle in room, the staff don't give you bottled water they say you have to buy your own, corridors not cleaned our whole stay! All the guests we spoke to had the same complaints we didn't speak to anyone who was enjoying thier stay. We booked this holiday on love holidays it was rated a 4 star but its a 2 star at best and can't believe love holidays even have this hotel on thier site!! This hotel needs to be closed down! AVOID THIS HOTEL LIKE THE PLAGUE! IT IS DISGUSTING!!!!

This hotel is not a 4 stars at all. When we arrived the staff didn't speak English and brought us in a horrible room, where the smell of smoking was very bad, nothing clean around including bathroom as well. We was asking for manager and he translate us, the manager is gone for shopping. We was afraid to sleep in that dirty room. Next day we spoke with another staff and complaining about the room, they give us another room better than the previous one but still not cleaned enough( floor has loots of grassy spots, shower glass ....., sink looks unbelievable). Food is everyday the same with small changes at lunch and dinner time. Drinks very limited for 4✨️, all you can get is beer, vodka and gin. Pool OMG, don't even try to go in, water is grassy, dirty around. Beech looks nice but the see is fool of seaweed. Staff is nice but they don't have any clue about cleaning. Be careful guys.

Do not even waste your time or money on this hotel. My boyfriend and I decided to go for our first holiday together and were sold the dream. It was that bad we had a flight booked home within 5 hours of checking in. Don’t be fooled by the images, they are massively photoshopped to look better than what they are.

The food was absolutely vile, worse than prison food, I wouldn’t even have given it to farm animals. We were told there were many shops and restaurants within walking distance but there were none, we were starving and were running off crisps in the time we were there. We were also told on arrival by Omer that there was burgers, chips, pizza and pasta during the snack and dinner times but there was not; and after speaking to an English couple about this, they said they hadn’t seen any of that once and the food was the same every day.

The room itself was disgusting, sheets and towels had stains on them. The balcony light had been ripped off, there was a huge crack in the bathroom sink, the headboard was filthy and stained, there was a hole in the wall, part of the doorframe was missing and the best part is we didn’t even have a lock on our door.

The pool didn’t have a single sun lounger around it and the beach wasn’t a beach. It was a small patch of dirt covered in rubbish and wild dogs.

We complained to a member of staff there and he laughed in our faces. Absolutely vile place to go and I pray no one makes the same mistake we did.

This so called grand sahin has 4 stars it should only have 1 at the most water drips into people's food on the glass paneled eating balcony water drops from the ceiling in the reception area The staff will wake you up shouting out back anytime off the early morning ie 2am a dog barks alot from an apartment next door the food is awful the bar shuts at 11pm although it's an all inclusive hotel you can't even get a hot drink or soft drink after that time This is a complete joke of a hotel I would not recommend this hotel at all we have wee staines on our matteress we also noticed our bed sheets was turned over not changed

It was once a beautiful hotel, our bedroom on the 3 rd floor looking out to sea was brilliant. The bed and bathroom were great. The lady manager is trying her hardest. But my lovely lady from one business lady to an other, you must do staff training on a regular basis.
Restaurant staff seem brilliant but a little scared of upper staff.
The downfall is the pool area, your staff sit around just looking into space and cigarettes , when the pool has cockroaches and broken tiles, Please get this organised.
Your bar staff Kemal is worked so hard he needs help. You should have two bars going one at pool and the other in the lounge. Why should dry people have to go to a wet pool area to get a drink. Please get staff trained and you will have a decent hotel.
Food if you like salads is brilliant you can’t fault it. But you seem to cater for Bosnians, we had one fish night, nothing we English eat.
I’ve never had to buy a beach towel on a holiday before. Most hotels supply beach towels daily. Hope all these issues help with this Hotel as it could be amazing

We searched for a 4* hotel with a gym, to fly from Birmingham, to Kusadasi, Turkey. What we ended up with was a 1* hotel with no facilities, flying from Manchester. The whole trip was a disaster, from flights, to the hotel, to the (non existent) customer support received from LoveHolidays. The Rep, Alex, was useless and rude to us, and we had to pay extra to get moved hotels for the last 4 nights of our trip. In our room we had: No WiFi at all, you have to sit in the lobby to connect to it. The fridge in the room was broken and warm, as were the fridges at the bar, so white wine was warm. There were no bottles of water in the whole hotel. Ask for water you get a plastic Tuborg cup which you can fill up at an old school water dispenser - the type with the bottle of water on top, not the ones that chill the water, the shower ceiling was sellotaped to the roof, the shower fell to pieces when you touched it, the windows were FILTHY, the satalitte TV was fully broken, they tried to charge us £10 for a second key (when there was two of us as guests), there was no vegetarian option for dinner, when I asked them about this the salad bar was pointed out to me and I was told this is vegetarian, the food was disgusting - I will generally eat anything and I had to spit out the food here, the decor was shabby, with wallpaper peeling off and holes in the walls, no beach towels were provided, there was nowhere to get food outside of meal times. I can keep going but its too depressing. Please check the photographs if you think I may be over egging it!. PLEASE make sure you just AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Got back yesterday from here. Hotel was spotless and all the staff were lovely. Karim is great at making cocktails. I'm a vegetarian and had no problems with the food. If you want chips, nuggets, burgers etc, it may not be for you. The beach is ok (it's not gden sands) but the beds, umbrellas are plenty. The pool is lovely and clean. There is no evening entertainment, but you can get a taxi from outside the hotel into town easily. Room was lovely and clean, with a TV and fridge. If a man called Marco approaches you on the beach and says about going to Golden Boys Restaurant. GO.. Omg it is amazing.

I really wouldn’t waste your time thinking about booking this hotel, book somewhere else. Needs drastic improvements. Possibly the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. There is no good points on this hotel. Not what I was expecting! They lied on the ads. No entertainment, food is bad, no pool for 4 days also. Bar shuts at 11 not even all inclusive, take this as a sign to book somewhere else, Not a 4 star id give it a 2 at a push, spent over 600 pounds eating out as the food is s***. Also not recommended for kids

Visited this hotel with my partner in September and was really excited for our first holiday together. However it was one of the worst weeks of my life, the food is absolutely disgusting I wouldn’t feed it to my dog, spent loads of money eating out everyday when we paid for all inclusive. Also the drinks were terrible a cocktail was pure syrup and fizzy drinks were always flat. There was so many fights it was unbelievable, so if you want a boxing match the holiday rep Alex will suit you perfectly as he was the main instigator in the majority of fights! It was filthy my room was only cleaned once during my week stay and from the fights there was blood all down the stairs which wasn’t cleaned for days. Staff are rude, food is awful, only nice thing is that the beach is right on your doorstep but be prepared to put your towels out overnight otherwise you’ll be getting in a bit of trouble finding a space! Absolute joke would never in my life recommend this to anyone.

This hotel is a nightmare it is filthy the food is disgusting we ate the food for one day and ended up ill for two days so couldn’t eat anything from there so we had to eat out every night it’s meant to be all inclusive the choice of food was so poor also they ran out of beers and gas for soft drinks regularly and when it’s so hot you need drinks on tap!!there was regular fights young children screaming we just couldn’t believe it..it was one thing after the other no sun loungers round the pool the beach isn’t very nice either the only entertainment was the fish in the sea!!the rep Alex is a joke how he has a job in that hotel is unbelievable chatting up all the young girls trying to take them to his house after they’ve been drinking and beating young lads up shocking!! We stayed here for 2 weeks unfortunately it was like unreal as in so bad seriously..kusadassi town is lovely with some nice bars and restaurants although a bit of a distance we met some lovely people who were also experiencing the same issues and whitenessed the joke of a place do not book this hotel you will be disappointed we are taking it further this place needs closing down !!!!

My heart sank when I arrived at the hotel. Plastic tables and chairs on the front of the hotel and people drinking, looked like someones back yard.
Staff were friendly enough however no masks being worn(during a pandemic) also food was self serve(against Covid recommendations)
I was taken to see the pool and beach 😳
No sun loungers around the pool. The beach was a poor excuse, just a narrow strip with sun loungers on top of each other. Not allowing safe distancing. ALL beds already reserved with towels on at 2300(and these towels remain there for the duration of the holiday). I spoke to reception about lack of beds and towels reserving them and I also spoke to Alex, the very rude holiday rep who told me to get up early in the morning to get a bed(obviously 0700 that I did get up wasn't early enough for him)
All inclusive bar consists of beer, wine and vodka only. None of which I drink. I tried to address this and again Alex the rep shrugged it off. So I bought a bottle of gin.

Every day we had to get a taxi to the beach, whixh meant purchasing sun loungers, drinks and lunch every day whixh we had t budgeted for, all because the hotel won't address the issue of reserving sunbeds.

Food was OK, not fantastic, would help if there was a toaster at breakfast time. However I witnessed the owner of the hotel give a waiter a boiled egg that had been on his plate, he then returned it to the buffet tray for another guest to eat 😳 None of the food was labelled, so you had to guess what was being served.
Would also be nice if they served juices.
I am a diabetic so I had a choice to drink water or diet coke from the bar, and many times they tried to serve me regular coke despite stressing diet coke.

The rooms were OK, however beds wasn't changed, nor the towels. Bins wasn't emptied and carpets not hoovered. Bathrooms were good with a lovely powerful shower.

There was also trouble at the hotel with the manager skinny dipping with the guests in the middle of the night, making a lot of noise disturbing the guests and waking them up.
There was also fighting a couple of nights from a guest who was intent on getting as drunk as possible and causing trouble. He actually hut the manager yet the police wasn't called and he remained a guest there.

All in all a very disappointing holiday and we spent a lot more money than we budgeted for, due to the inadequate solutions as mentioned above.

The location of the hotel on the sea is beautiful and the sunsets stunning, however, everything else let's it down.

The hotel from the outside looks lovely. But do not let that fool you. Firstly I would like to say Alex the rep is rude unhelpful and very arrogant. When you have a problem and looking for a solution don’t bother speaking to him. He doesn’t listen to what you have to say. We checked in and went to our rooms. We were on the top floor no 7 and the lift only goes to floor 6. The fridge had 2 bottles of water in which was to last the whole week. Maids were supposed to come in every day but came 3 times in the week. There was a savage smell in one of the rooms. Then in the shower were tiny leach things. That was gross. Be careful with your beach towels as the hotel steal them and hide them at the end of the pier to make you buy there’s then they are found. The beach isn’t a beach it’s a small walkway with sun loungers. Which you have to leave your towel out all night to reserve your spot for the week. The pool is clean but no where to sit around the pool. Now for the food. You feel like you are in an old people’s homeless shelter. The food is stodgy and no taste. There aren’t a lot of choices either. The breakfast was the same every day!!!! The mid day snack was always cold but when you haven’t eaten much old chips were good. The alcohol was limited beer vodka wine. For an all inclusive it was poor. They close the bar for 2 hours a day. To me all inclusive is all inclusive. Nothing about this hotel is nice. I would never come back here. We ordered takeaways or went out to eat as it was that shocking. Even the hotel staff laughed at how bad the food is. When you go to the town and eat somewhere nice even the staff in restaurants laugh as they know how bad the food is. DO NOT BOOK HERE. It wasn’t the cheapest holiday I have had so was expecting so much more. But my friends and I had a lovely break away. Weather was fab.

Despite looking from the front a modern hotel it really is not a 4 star as advertised...it is the worst hotel I think I’ve stayed in!!!!
On arrival at the hotel, the young guy at reception hardly said a word, issued us with 1 key and gave us absolutely no information about hotel / WiFi / safe / facilities.
On arrival at our room we found the toilet seat ‘ hanging’ off the pan, Mini bar contained 2 small bottles of water which - even asking reception - were never replenished throughout our stay, the tv did not work for the duration of our stay, the room was never cleaned, beds never changed or even made, bathroom never cleaned, it was disgusting, only on one occasion did the maid leave 3 new towels (did not remove dirty ones) and only once emptied room bin.
No hot water for shower occasionally also
The food on offer was inedible, it was all inclusive but we chose to eat out instead. With restaurants in town saying they knew food was ‘crap’ at this hotel. The first and only breakfast i had included food which had been dished up from the evening meal the night before!!!
Staff were all very young guys, if you ask a question they all direct you to reception, only found x2 barmen who made the effort to chat, beer was served in tiny flimsy plastic tumblers, I probably had 3 pints in total my whole stay. The reception was a joke, unenthusiastic, unhelpful, for example we asked them to book a taxi into town, only to find after standing outside like a plumb that they hadn’t bothered calling taxi firm.
Ambience in bar / lobby area was like a morgue.
Miles from any nightlife / bars this place is on the outskirts of town.
Beach is a 6 foot strip of dirty sand and a narrow pier stretching out into sea, with 24 hour reserved sun beds, so the chances of getting one is nil. It seemed that it was acceptable to leave a weighted down towel on a sunbed through the night to reserve it, hotel never removed these. I did hear one disgruntled Irish guest had enough and threw the lot in the sea one night, much to my approval.
WiFi never worked
2 bars, both closed between 6-7 pm and shuts at 11pm.
Pool has no real area to sunbath, enough for 3 sun beds, and kids pool is a shallow 4ft square barred off section in one corner.
I had a massage in downstairs spa, yes it was a good massage, despite thumping poolside music, love a bit of ‘fat boy slim’ as I’m chilling on a massage table lol.
I have never stayed in a place like it.
Please trust my review and avoid, its miles from anywhere and despite fantastic sunset view over ocean, the rest of the place is a dump.
