We loved the quiet location! We slept great every night without earplugs and we enjoyed the easy walk to local restaurants and transit. Not a complaint for us, but the room is small so be ready to be creative with your luggage placement. For it being a smaller room, the shower was a great size and perfect water pressure. Perfect place for our first visit to NYC.
The air unit was either too cold or a little too warm and stuffy. We never found a comfortable middle ground so we kept it on the colder side since it was summer.
A very good location in a quiet side of NYC
Staff was excellent. Bear bones of what you need for a nice time in NYC. Quiet, clean, close to MTA and Riverside park.
Could use a deep clean is a few corners, but was overall clean and acceptable. Maybe an extra light fixture would be nice.
Fabulous views of the Hudson Duper clean modern rooms . Small but very well designed.
Will stay there again!

Position was grear, close to Broadway Ave. and to the Subway line 1. In 30 mins walk you are in Time Square, and in 10 mins using the subway.
Staff was great, very helpful and kind.
The room was very small. We were 2 tall people and this did't work for us. We had to take turns to move around the room. I don't think it worth the price you pay for this.
The location was great. It was nice being close to the park and subway, and the neighborhood was lovely and quiet. The room, though modest in size, was clean and comfortable.
If I had to be critical, two things I would improve are mostly convenience related to the bathroom. The shower curtain should extend to the floor so the shower does not soak the rest of the bathroom. Also, the faucet for the sink was mounted too close to the sink edge, making it difficult to wash one's hands without making a mess on the counter.
The area was fantastic and the staff so helpful and friendly. Very accommodating, let us drop our bags off first thing in the morning before check in so we could go explore. The rooms were clean and modern and great sound proof windows.
I wish there was a water machine in main reception.
The location was just the perfect place for us! We will pick this location again. I love how there was a staff even late at night when we checked in late. Great coffee and tea service in the lobby. Everything was tiny by New York standards but it’s clean, well maintained and well furnished
Shower sorta flooded the bathroom floor area . Had to use extra towels on the floor . We never got the tv to work .
It was well-located and was in a quiet neighborhood in front of the park.
