Soggiorno molto piacevole,il personale è stato gentilissimo, la struttura è la mia stanza erano pulite e ordinate.Si trova in una bella zona residenziale e tranquilla. Ottimo qualità prezzo. Lo consiglierei sicuramente.

We stayed a weekend and it was great - the staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms were clean, free coffee in the lobby, and the view from our room was of the river. Easy walk to the trains. Great stay for a friends weekend.
Only small thing was the AC was not working well. Someone came up to check it and offered a fan instead. Not sure if that is common in NYC since im not from there. Fan worked great for us.
Location for me was excellent . Easy access to subway and walking distance from family who I was visiting.
The gym facility with the water fountain are great.
Facilities in reception , tables and chairs , microwave and disposable utensils , coffee and tea are wonderful.
Riverside park across the road is a beautiful place to walk and relax .
The lifts are quite slow and small for the amount of people needing them and the cleaning staff with their large trolleys .
At check out time it becomes a problem.
Localización muy buena en un barrio tranquilo y bien conectado en metro con el resto de la ciudad. El personal de recepción es muy agradable. Se llega caminando en apenas unos minutos al central park.
La habitación es muy justa de tamaño, no cuenta con armario. No hay zona de lavandería habilitada para los huéspedes (aunque sí cuenta con un pequeño gimnasio).

I would say there isn’t a lot my only feed back would be a mini fridge in the room would be nice to keep water cold etc
Great location, right by the train. Comfortable stay for three nights two days! Staff was kind and helpful.
When we arrived one of the bed sheets had a stain. Our room was too close to the elevator which led to us being able to hear early morning conversations people were having in the hall that woke us up.
Great location for being relatively central but far away enough to be in a quiet and safe neighbourhood. Clean, comfortable and perfect for a city break. Close to Central Park for walks.
The bed was a bit too short for me as I am touching 6ft.

Loved the location! Close to the 1 train and easy to navigate anywhere. Beds were comfortable, shower had good water pressure, clean and staff very nice. AC was great!

La chambre est très,très petite, avec lit superposés, ce n'était pas prévu, vue sur hudson par une petite fenêtre sur le côté, pas terrible, dommage pour le prix.
