Cons:

Pillows are TOO BIG. You should provide several sizes of pillows. It's about sleeping comfortably ~ not about how the pillows look on a made up bed.

Our purpose was to celebrate our wedding anniversary and the hotel and surrounding restaurants were wonderful!

Pros:

Breakfast service was excellent. The front staff were very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The room was very nice and most ways. The air conditioner was somewhat noisy. And the toilet was a short toilet rather than an ADA toilet, which is standard in most room these days older people have difficulty with this.

Great
Pros:

The guy who checked me in on Sunday was one of the best front desk attendants ever. He helped me with a fork for my food and a toothbrush because I forgot mine. I was traveling to with my infant daughter to see her dad and he helped me with a crib and everything. I didn't get his name but I wish I did so his bosses could know how amazing of a worker they have.

Kompetentes und sehr freundliches Personal, für amerikanische Verhältnisse sehr gutes Frühstück, mit Porzellangeschirr und Metallbesteck, Omelettes werden nach Kundenwunsch frisch zubereitet, schönes Zimmer, Parkplatz direkt am Hotel.

Didn’t supply coffee. Had to keep asking. The rooms were grimy in areas, the usb hook ups didn’t work leaving us with dead phones in am and needed mote light!

Easy walla walla- super helpful staff and great lobby music
Pros:

The staff were great- coffee machine in the lobby was a real plus. We didn’t use the pool but meant to— parking was easy as was walking to town center. Great lobby music!

The room doors are those heavy fire doors, so they were quite loud when people let them slam, which was quite often during the middle of the night.
