I love the location to many local businesses. Your hotel was very clean and easy to stay!
Pros:

Everything from friendly staff members to location. It was very satisfying to see your smiley, friendly, and professional staff members. They are very willing to make the guests happy and comfortable!!!

Cons:

I thought toilet seat was a bit small. Other than that everything was comfortable and easy to stay.

We like this hotel. We'll stay again.
Pros:

The location is the best. Walking distance to the downtown. Easy access to the highway. We come to Walla Walla for my husband's golf tournament. We stayed here last year too and like the location, pool and hot tab. Our son ended up staying with us. So we stayed in 2 queen room but the room was big enough for 3 of us.

Cons:

The gym was a little small. Not enough space if 3 people are there.

It's gross. Smells bad, floors are filthy, wear your shoes always!
Adar and Brian, front desk, should NOT be in customer service. My plan was to stay through the weekend but couldn't stand the smell anymore.

Our stay was comfortable and we would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

The breakfast was very good. The food was delicious. The variety of food was great.

Cons:

I wish they had grab bars in the bathroom. The tub was very deep and hard to climb in and out.

Outstanding as always.
Cons:

I booked/paid for two rooms through Booking.com. When I arrived there was only one room on the reservation. This appears to be a Booking.com issue. The Best Western Staff tried to resolve the situation, but I had to buy another room. I will seek a refund for one room at Booking.com.

Stay here when visiting a walla Walla
Pros:

The front desk staff were extremely nice. The rooms were large and comfortable. The cookies were a great way to end a day of wine tasting. The hotel is within walking distance to downtown Walla Walla where you will find many wine tasting rooms, great restaurants, and many interesting shops.

Cons:

The breakfast could’ve been warmer. Shouldn’t complain when it’s free. :)
The pillows were horrible. Forgot to bring my pillows. The bed was uncomfortable. I have a bad back. Others might find the pillows and bed comfortable.
