It was decent
Pros:

It was an okay room it was no extravagant just a regular hotel room. However the breakfast was not very desirable

Receptionist ws not friendly first day we arrived 10 min befire ck in and they seemed bothered but was better at ck out, the young lady was very nice and helpful, Breakfast Eggs in water no milk for cereal when i got there

Pros:

The bed was hard as a rock. There were stains on the comforter. The bed skirt was ripped.
Plus the price was supposed to include a hot breakfast and because of their remodeling all they had were prepackaged muffins. Price should have been less because I then had to go elsewhere and pay for breakfast!

Pros:

It was close to St. Michael's and the Jack Russell Terrier races were held there so we had easy access to the event and prime seating.

Cons:

My reservation was for a double room and two double beds. I reserved it a month in advance and prepaid a week before my stay. When we checked in, I was told my room wasn't available and instead I was given a room with a King size bed and a cot on the first floor. Needle


ss to say, I spent an uncomfortable night on a thin metal cot, because I didn't want my friend to have to share her bed. When I asked why I was not told about the switch, the check-in clerk said, because I used a third party site, my contact information was not available. VERY unsatisfied and embarrassed in front of my friend. The room was rather shoddy, too. Frayed carpet and not very attractive.

Property was old. Grounds scrappy looking. Room included breakfast that was ok. Housekeeping attendant was very helpful. The bed was unexpectedly comfortable. Place has seen better days.

We had a very pleasant night here. It was cleaner than some $400/night hotels I’ve stayed in.
Pros:

I didn’t use the breakfast offering.

Cons:

The only thing I can think is our room did not have wash cloths but we did fine without them for one night.
