Horrible - Very dirty

Cons:

The room was extremely dirty, dusty, the bathroom had the sanitized paper on it but yet the toilet was dirty (had pee in it someone didn’t flush). The “comforter” was 2 flat sheets. It smelled very musty/damp. The dust was everywhere, headboard, baseboards, the rug & chairs had stains on them. Just bad overall. We checked in around 1pm & left the same day around 2pm. It was the worst room i ever booked.

It was amicable - wished to have stayed longer.
Pros:

I think it looks like off season. Bath tub was clean but it did not stop up, so bath was possible.

Cons:

There was no breakfast - it was closed. Manager/owner wasn’t very cheerful. However he did let us check in early bcus my friend had a medical emergency, which is why we were unable to stay the second night. Checked out 3/29/26. Requested a refund if possible for second day. Have medical documentation that my friend fell and had a broken knee cap (per MD Hospital).

This motel was clean and updated, conveniently located to St. Michaels and other attractions.
Pros:

Clean room, new furnishings, everything worked, convenient location, good pricing/good value. Much appreciated. Close to St. Michaels. We spent half a day at the St. Michaels Maritime Museum, understanding the history of African Americans, early settlement, and industry in the area; and a day at Blackwater Wildlife Preserve and Harriett Tubman Museum, and drove the length of Hooper Islands. Ate in several of the quaint restaurants in St. Michaels, and enjoyed the waterfront parks.

Cons:

This is a motel which has been remodeled and it's quite comfy and a good value.

Pros:

Staff friendliness to us was important being the first time we were there as guests. Coffee and snacks helped to start the day.

Cons:

Rooms were not tended on a daily basis. Our trashcan overflowed and beds were not made. Room not cleaned during our 3 night stay. The air conditioner/heater was loud.

Great stay at St. Michaels Inn
Pros:

Breakfast was simple but provided something.
Show we were attending was in the motels' conference room. Rooms were clean & comfortable. Great value. Front desk staff was very friendly & helpful.

Clean room and good value for the area. WHat you would expect from a motel

Cons:

Front desk did not have anyone there after 9p and before 9a. Breakfast was not available even though it stated that it was included. Staff told us it would open at 9a but it did not. This was also a Saturday into Sunday stay so I was really surprised.
