The bed was comfortable. It was quiet.
Squeaky door
Our room was dirty. The floors had hair all over and didn’t appear to have been vacuumed in a while. The bathtub/shower also had quite a bit of hair. The bedspreads had flaky, crusty stuff on them and stains. There was an overpowering scent of some kind of air freshener and since this was supposed to be a nonsmoking room we thought there must have been some reason for the air freshener. If we hadn’t been so tired and it was so late, we would have left.
The location is close to restaurants and shopping, yet still quiet and felt safe.
There's no elevator and we were on the 3rd floor, but I didn't know that when booking. It was only slightly inconvenient when transporting luggage.
Breakfast could have a couple more options- bagels and cream cheese, hash browns or something along those lines.

The hotel was not far from the highway. The room was decent t not exceptional. It was close to Lake Manawa State Park which was a beautiful place to run.
The breakfast was quite sparse. The “eggs” were some kind of egg like substance and not very edible. Hotel was somewhat clean but barely.
Like most hotels. the business center Listed no longer exists.
Remodeled room, quiet.
The room was not cleaned properly: dirty towels and a full trash can containing a used condom hanging over the rim.
Very poor customer service. The employee at the lobby at night was a young child with no customer service skills. When confronted about the dirty trash can, she refused to empty it saying she’s not housekeeping and it is not her job to do it. She eventually gave me a different trashcan and a bundle of garbage bags. She did not show any remorse and was not apologetic.
well it was very low and heat warm not hot also coffee wasn't great taste.
only we like was the fruits there wasn't any gf. Gluten Free....
noticed some of the towels only 2 in bathroom and would had more anyway I seen some towel and rags are worn out and holes...
Location
Horrible. If rooms were as nice as lobby! Had blood splattered all over bed skirt, wall and floor. Staff was difficult. Couldn’t get a different room because it was full.
It was a comfortable place to sleep.
The facility was dated, but you can tell it is maintained well.
