Great location, staff friendly and very helpful.
Pros:

Caitlin went above & beyond after check in. My refrigerator didn’t seem to be working in 211. She offered to come look at it. We still weren’t sure so she offered to switch my room. She went down got my new room keys and brought a luggage cart to help make the switch easier. Very pleasant employee!

The lobby was nice

Cons:

Carpet was nasty, beds were not properly made, mattress was torn and rooms are outdated. Hallway had tape on the wall from cracks. Pictures online are very deceiving. Do not recommend and the room smelled like dog urine. I will never stay here again.
