The location! The location was amazing less than 5 mins to most places.
The guy who checked me in was rude. Tried to give me a room with viable water damage and mold. It smelled of urine.
Our stay at the Le Quita Hotel on Airport Rd. Mobile AL was very good. The rooms were clean, bathroom and shower was immaculate, and the free breakfast was very good I have ever had staying at a hotel. Cudos for a job well done.
The only issue was my wife suffers from migraines and when we checked in the fragrance was overwhelming and quickly started a migraine. Though they are not directly at fault they staff may want to consider toning done how much is used.
Staff is very nice but maintenance really needs to fix some of the rooms. Alot of the fixtures have rust on them. Also shower head not correctly installed.
The area was off road

Good location and clean rooms. Close to the main roads. The lady handling the breakfast was very friendly and helpful. The whole hotel was in great shape.
This hotel is just gross. The floor was so dirty and sticky it turned my socks brown. The bed and pillows are way past their usefulness and need to be replaced. The room fixtures are dirty, rusty and the ceiling paint is peeling. Every ride in the elevator is an experience. Most of the time the elevator starts to move before the doors close, causing it to jerk. There are less expensive hotels in the area for a.better and cleaner experience.
The hotel was clean, but there were some maintenance issues with the place overall. First of all, it looked like they hadn't properly maintained the pool, so they had to shut it down before we arrived, for the next week or so. There were also several repairs that had been made to the walls in the room, but hadn't been painted after the repairs. The room was also pretty small, even for just two of us.
On the positive side, the free breakfast was pretty good, and the fitness center was also nice, with several cardio machines, as well as free weights and a universal machine.
Easier to find
Book the hotel based on the fact that it had to pool for my kids to swim in. That’s why we went with that hotel over others when we got there I was informed they would not issue a refund, but the pool was shut down and when we went to look at it, it was so green you couldn’t tell what the bottom of the pool looked like and literally looked like a swamp and we got no discount or anything.
Location and staff was friendly
A lady was allowed to hold her dog at the breakfast table, feeding him from her plate, while other guests were sitting in the dining area eating.

It was one of the nastiest and unclean rooms I’ve ever stayed in. Hair everywhere, stuff on the walls, floors NOT clean, rust on the fridge, lamps, beds, sink. Will not stay here again.
I like the hotel and the location. Staff was friendly.
The bathroom didn't have a good air vent. So it got really hot in the bathroom after a shower.
