Stressful and unnecessary check in/ no customer service
Pros:

Location was good. One of the staff members in the morning was helpful with the breakfast area.

Cons:

The initial check in attendant was rude, short, and difficult to work with. She made a big issue about me switching my payment method between a virtual card ( for safety) and a physical card ( both from the same account) and both cards worked. She had also charged my card prior to arrival but should not have and blamed it on me using a 3rd party. She was to refund me due to charging both of my cards and did not want to provide a receipt. She appeared to have no idea of what real customer service looks like. Unfortunately, due to her actions I have no desire to stay at a LaQuinta again and that was my first time ever. As well when the breakfast staff changed on a different day the station was not as organized. When I knocked on the door for help no one came out to see if help was needed. I also saw dirt on the walls in the bathroom and one in the bedroom. I likely have ignored it if the customer service was not so poor. I did reach out to booking.com and they were very helpful but no one from LaQuinta ever contacted me to apologies!!

Worst LaQuinta Ever!!
Pros:

I always book with LaQuinta when I travel with my pets because of their fair $25 fee and larger restrictions for dogs. This is the worse one I have been too. Arrived late, checked in quickly, went to my room and although made up, etc., every metal surface in the room had clear signs of rush. The walls were covered in dirt/soot, and the walls had uncompleted patch repairs. Also, its obvious the room had water damage and was not correctly fixed, opting to just paint over. The breakfast was subpar and the only thing edible was sausage and biscuits with gravy. If this particular hotel is privately owned, they are tarnishing the LaQuinta name badly. Avoid if in Mobile.

Cons:

Facilities, breakfast, area. At least the A/C unit worked and the beds were somewhat comfortable. The hotel did smell fresh but the locals around the place are suspect and I wasn't sure if I could leave anything in my vehicle.

No longer will stay with La Quinta ever again.
Pros:

The soaps and shampoo smelled really nice.

Cons:

The facial towel hung up smelled of men's body body odor and was clearly used and hung up that would be passed as clean. The hotel room smelled very bad and the hotel hallways were extremely loud all night long. I will never be staying with La Quinta again, not worth the money for motel quality.

Cons:

The mattress had spots on it and there was rust at the bottom of the walls by the bathroom. There was also a rust spot at in the ceiling.

Front desk check in person was not available then not friendly. Check out was asleep then unfriendly
Cons:

Handicap room was on 3rd floor. Hard to get into doorway. There was a regular tub with a seat that attaches to the side of the tub under the sink. Was hair left from previous occupant in shower.

Disgusted
Pros:

My husband and I travel through three States we both was exhausted. To see a roach after giving them credit card. I was upset my husband was tried.
