Great hotel!
Pros:

Came for my daughter's orientation- great value during the week. Tried to stay again for move in but the price was outrageous so we opted for a more budget friendly hotel! The staff was great, restaurant on rooftop was amazing. It has a great location, very clean and loved the esthetics!!

I will not return as using location to rip off customers. They have more students in lobby studying than paying customer

The best place to stay in Oxford!
Pros:

Location is perfect! It’s an easy walk to town (across the street 😉). We loved our visit to Oxford and The Graduate is definitely the place to stay! Brodie was the best welcome as we walked in the door. The room was so cute, had a great bed, and was pet-friendly. Rooftop bar was fabulous and we were treated to a gorgeous sunset!

Cons:

Nothing!

Great Location
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful, check in was great. I love the Graduate brand of hotels, we are actually currently on our way to another in another state as part of our trip. The room was clean and I love a good themed hotel.

My only negative is the parking. I was told to scan and enter in our license plate to pay for parking when we checked in. Upon checking out after we left I got a $18 charge for parking for the night, I was pretty sure the sign said they would validate. When I called the front desk the woman was slightly rude when I inquired. She said no that it was on the guest to pay. I’m not going to raise a fuss over $18 but they could have been more clear about the parking situation.

The only other thing was we did eat at The Coop. It was kind of confusing as far as do we seat ourselves or is someone going to seat us? Multiple people saw us kind of floundering and unaware and no one approached us to clarify. They all just kept going about their day. We also sat at our table for about 5-7 minutes before anyone brought menus.

Otherwise once we got service and food it was good.

I’d stay again but parking clarification and maybe a sign at the front of the restaurant to seat yourself would be useful for the future.

Beautiful location & staff! Inside of rooms needs an update...it's seen one too many game weekends for $1000 &am
Pros:

I love the location of this property and I love how over the top NICE every single staff member is. everyone that works at this hotel always has a smile on their face and is so happy to help me in anyway.

Cons:

The inside of this hotel really needs to be updated. On the weekends where I am paying for a game weekend or parents weekend… I guess I'm hoping for a little nicer interior, higher quality towels, maybe add bathrobes in the rooms.

Pros:

The rooms were nice and the location is very convenient.

Cons:

The bracket to hold the shampoo and body wash on the wall was not secured. Also, parking is paid, which is fine, however, I did run into an instance in which I couldn't find a parking spot and had to pay to park at the garage on Jefferson, which was annoying.

Great location, hotel design is great! As a Hilton, amenities should be upgraded.
Pros:

Cute design. Beds very comfortable.

Cons:

Bathroom towels were very rough. Needed to be more plush. No area to buy drinks or snacks. Bathroom shower caddy needed to be cleaner

Nice hotel, bartender and restaurant are awful.
Pros:

Great hotel, rooms are showing age. Location is what you are paying for. Only a block off the square. My only advice is to avoid the Coop Bar and Restaurant on the 4th floor. The bartender Bryce is arrogant and rude. Definitely the entitled Oxford frat boy attitude. He ignores customers and acts like it’s a pain in the ass you are there. Everyone was closing out the tab after one drink.. way to many other options on the square get out and enjoy other bars restaurants.
