We had a great time!
Pros:

The room in the guesthouse was great! The lounge was wonderful for dinner and drinks. The breakfast was also delicious. The staff we interacted with were all very nice.

Cons:

It was a pricey overnight.

WE STAYED AT THREE STORIES DUE TO RENOVATIONS ON GOING AT THE MAIN BUILDING WHICH HAS PRETTY MUCH ALWAYS BEEN GREAT..HOWEVER, THE GUEST HOUSE WAS OUTSTANDING-VERY QUIET,PRIVATE,PRISTINE!
WE WILL BE LOOKING TO OBTAIN LODGINGS THERE IN THE FUTURE..WE TRY TO BE THERE ABOUT ONCE A MONTH AS WE ATTEND THE KATE..SO VERY APPRECIATIVE OF THESE ACCOMODATIONS! SERVICE IS OURSTANDING,AS WELL...MANY THANKS TO GERARD,ANTHONY, AND SCOTT!!! WELL DONE!

Some letdowns this time around, but an awesome time as always

Pool. (Weather helped). Staying in the three stories house was great.

Cons:

We got married at SPI and went for our 15 year anniversary. Booked 2 nights. Found out right before we went that the restaurant was closed Tuesday, Weds, as was the spa. We went for Tuesday and Wednesday! (They did have choo lounge open.) Maybe due to renovations they were still on winter hours. Minor, but we were looking forward to borrowing their bikes to cruise around. No bikes, winter schedule. It was mid April, sunny and 75 degrees.

A great location with outstanding service!
