Pros:

Better then staying at the casinos

Pros:

The property is very clean my room was very clean and smelled wonderful. My only draw back is their system is awful. Trying to check in I was sent to the wrong room but it was fixed immediately with no issues. The next day I had no tv the whole day which was annoying because their tv provider couldn’t seem to fix the issue. So I checked out early and went back home. I will stay again but only if their is something worth going their for.

Never Again
Pros:

Nothing host was drunk and belligerent swearing in front of costumers

Cons:

Booked a room when we arrived they didn't give us the room we booked claimed it was Booking.com fault that we didn't receive the room we paid for host was drunk and unwilling and unable to help also hung up on booking.com customer service when they contacted him to resolve the issue

Asked for a downstairs room and they gave us a handicap room, which is not safe for a handicap person, the lights are so dim,shower water spills all over the floor, sheets old,blankets old,and pillows smell of sweat

Very convenient, you know exactly what you are going to get at Best Western and they deliver!
Pros:

Very quick checkin. We were allowed into our room early which was appreciated. Great bed, very nice room with a small sitting couch. My third time staying and I would definitely stay again.

Cons:

A microwave in the room would be nice, but we did have access to one in the breakfast room.
