Pros:

The service was friendly.We didn't use the pool, but it was clean and not too busy. The rooms were clean. The fridge and microwave were helpful. They had a nightlight by the bathroom sink, which was very nice.

Cons:

The air conditioner was a little noisy, and if the doors were aloud to close on their own, it sounded like they were slamming. We had to learn to carefully slowly close them rather than let them swing closed on their own so as not to upset the neighbors.

Look for the bare necessities. The simple bare necessities.
Pros:

The staff, especially Tavin at the front desk, were all very nice. My room had obviously just been updated and the bathroom was brand new. The room was clean and with plenty of towels.
Really appreciated the mini fridge and the microwave in the room.

Cons:

Entrance is not inviting. The place is obviously very old and could benefit from an update. The carpet on the stairs and down the halls was horrendous: dirty and covered with big spots. The windows up the stairs needed a good cleaning. THERE IS NO ELEVATOR. The AC is the old-fashioned one, attached under the window and it is quite noisy. They could upgrade the breakfast pastries to something slightly better than Hostess.
