Don’t change a thing!
Pros:

Best kept secret in Deadwood! Affordable rates, creekside view, free parking, great breakfast (sticky buns- yum), great deck overlooking the creek and everyone was super friendly! A clear sign they love their jobs and workplace. I’m not a gambler, so I know little about their casino. Please don’t change a thing! But maybe turn the heat up in the jacuzzi!

Excellent place to stay. You guys have a great hotel and amazing staff.
Pros:

The staff was extremely helpful and so nice. The hotel was clean and we were very impressed with them. Thank you for allowing us to have a great stay at your hotel. We will definitely be staying there again and let our family and friends how clean and how nice everyone was.

Cons:

There was really nothing that we didn't like about the hotel. I can't say anything bad about the staff, location, or cleanliness. If we had a question about something they knew the answer and how to help us.

Pros:

We return every year out of the many options... Staff are friendly, heated smoking area, cleaning of hot tub is on point, beautiful scenery, etc.

Cons:

We lost at the casino and our trip ended to soon.

The breakfast was awesome! The pool was great! The staff was kind and helpful and the casino and food are great!

Cons:

Everything was great. If I had to nitpick, your room may smell like the pool, but I personally wasn't bothered by it.
