Hotel is fine,booking.com not so much
Pros:

Staff is friendly and helpful as always

Cons:

Booking.com added a bunch of extra fees as I progressed through the booking process. Last one wasn’t even really explained,they just added it in smaller print on the last screen before tapping the book button.
Also hate that,to check in they scan my ID into god knows what system and I have to sign a digital screen that also takes my pic and sends it god knows where….land of the free?

Pros:

Price for weekly room rate not the same as bill $140 difference
Called and spoke to front desk people no response from management very poorly run

The staff is great and the beds are very comfortable.

Cons:

Someone with muddy shoes walked through the stairs and hallway and it needs to be vacuumed. Also, the back entrance appears to not lock.

Staff helped my father when he fell in the parking lot
Pros:

Last week, my elderly father was traveling alone. After checking in the hotel, he took his puppy outside for a walk. His puppy pulled themoff his feet and he broke his hip in the parking lot. Staff immediately noticed what happened on their cameras and helped immensely. The manager called 911, and one of the other staff members sat with them the entire time till the ambulance arrived. One of the staff members even took care of his puppy, taking it to her personal home until I could make the drive the next day to pick up his puppy and things. They made sure to place all his valuables locked in the office and were very helpful in getting all his stuff back to me the next day. If you want to stay somewhere where you know the staff cares and will be looking out for you, this is the place.
