I was overcharged excessively
Pros:

Very dissatisfied with my faith I was charged three times the amount for my room and I was not reimbursed. Even though I have loaded them and I did a complaint I was not heard and not reimbursed I would not go there again

I would stay here again if we have a need in Waverly. I should have reiterated my request for a bathroom with grab bars,
Pros:

The location was perfect for an overnight in Waverly where we just needed a place to sleep. It was quiet and peaceful where our room was.

Cons:

I had booked a handicapped accessible room because knee problems make regular toilets challenging to rise from. Our room was a regular room.

We thought the cool temperature was going to be OK for sleeping, but since I was wakeful and chilly at 2:30 am, I turned on a little heat. The smell of the air from the heat unit was pretty awful.

Rip off!!
Pros:

I looked to the internet to find a phone number I thought was to the hotel. I reserved two rooms…one for my wife and I and one for our adult daughter. Both rooms were identical. Upon checkout I learned the phone number was a reservation service. I was charged $101 for one room and $151 for the other. It won’t happen again. I’ve stayed at as nice or nicer places for less I feel I was ripped off.

Cons:

The difference in room price was only explained as “you reserved on line”. Why the difference? Ridiculous and Super 8 will not get more business from me.

Always a good place to stay
Pros:

I didn't have breakfast. We went out to eat each morning. Not enough hot options to eat at the hotel

We had a 2nd floor room. I had requested ground floor. Hubby has a very bad knee, i have a very bad ankle, and we're old
