It served its purpose but wasn’t pleasant due to the odor.

Cons:

First room smelled like body odor. Second room smelled slightly better. Man cleaning other rooms wreaked of body odor so his odor apparently stayed behind in the rooms he cleaned. The outside door next to our room slammed so hard every time someone would use it. It kept me awake for much of the early morning.

Well kept, well managed, great value!
Pros:

Pleasant surprise to stay at this clean and comfortable older basic Motel. The staff were helpful; the room was quite clean and well maintained (better than most all older Motels I have stayed at over the past 10 years) They had an "upgrade" outdoors that caught my eye: 12"square cut outs in a very wide sidewalk that were beautifully planted with well maintained green plants. A good value and nice place!

I was overcharged excessively
Pros:

Very dissatisfied with my faith I was charged three times the amount for my room and I was not reimbursed. Even though I have loaded them and I did a complaint I was not heard and not reimbursed I would not go there again
