inn did not have our reservation on file. hole in bathroom door. no free breakfast. carpet needs replaced. halls dark. bed was comfortable. no closet. no extra blanket or pillow in room. light in bathroom not working

The jacuzzi was inoperable. Water was not warm enough. Not pleasant but not unpleasant - just ok. Staff was respectful.

It was an older hotel but it was ok . It needs some electrical work, not all switches worked . The couch wasn’t clean or had stains on it . The king size bed was comfortable to sleep on . I would have liked a coffee maker in the room and cups also .

The cleanliness of the room was absolutely horrendous! I would not recommend this place even to my most worst enemy! The bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned at all and smelled that way as well. It was just gross. We were to stay for 2 nights, but only endured one night because we had a late check in. We checked out the next morning after finding another more suitable motel to stay in for our 2nd night.
Sleeping in your car would be a better choice!!!

Sticky floors, noise all night, no running hot water, no lamps (overhead bright lights only, etc, etc. etc.

Quite place

The place is older and a little run down, but the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the TV worked so I was happy for the first three days. On my fourth day there someone actually broke into my room while I was out, so I'm not too sure about the safety of the area.

No heat provided. Based on web site and online registration picture facility looks alot nicer than it was.

Had to cancel my reservation. Had unusual experience with someone on the phone….

No eateries within walking distance but you can get food delivered.

Smelly not enough towels and expensive for condition

The property has not been updated since the 1950ties. That says it all.

I have stayed because there were no rooms available around for long weekend. I would not recomend to anyone to stay at the hotel.

Can't say enough bad about this place. Dirty, noisy, rugs look like something out of a Crime Investigation movie. Just Awful! Bathroom had cracked, dirty shower. Was afraid to walk barefoot on disgusting rugs. Bad smell in room.

This is the most disgusting and filthiest place that I have ever seen in real life. This motel is like something out of a movie. I honestly do not know how the health department has not shut them down and I think that the Better Business Bureau should investigate them and fine them for false advertising. This is not an Inn. This is a motel that looks like it rents by the hour. There is no "continental breakfast" there are imitation Fruit Loops in a plastic dispenser. The coffee was just as disgusting and terrible. The beds are old, the carpets are down right filthy! The entire place smells of old smoke and cheap air fresheners. I wish I can find once decent thing to say about this place but, honestly I can't. The only thing I can say is that I made a huge mistake in booking. My suggestion is DO NOT STAY. And, might I add? This place was $100 a night!!! for thirteen more dollars, you can stay up the street at a reputable chain property. I always try supporting locally owned businesses but this Parsippany Inn & Suites has made me rethink that spirit!

No clock in the room. TV was unplugged. Bath towels were small. More of a “motel” than a hotel

I was forced to stay here due to a terrible snow storm and this was the only place in walking distance after my car was stuck. My wife booked it on orbitz. Absolute dirt bag hotel! Room was filthy! Bathrooms disgusting! Employee was completely rude. After reading reviews we came to realize this faculty also houses subsidized homeless people and drug users which explains the shady looking clientele. So disappointed that this place is even on a site like orbitz. Disgraceful.

Place is disgusting and I felt very unsafe. Creepy men in the parking lot and loud men yelling in the halls during night and early morning. Bathroom was covered in mold. Room smelled bad. Overall very disappointing. Would never stay here again.

Dear Sir:

I want to register a strong complaint about the up keep of your facilities where my wife and I spent time on Friday, October 19 through Sunday, October 21. It was deplorable, and I seek an adjustment in my charges currently listed for Expedia itinerary number 7386507022383.

When I searched on line October 17th for a place to stay, your facilities listed as only a single remaining room. The advertisement photograph displayed the exterior of the establishment as reasonably attractive and so I preceded to register for our stay.

During the stay, I saw the notice posted on the only ice machine on the premises as “broken.” I did not ask anyone how long it had been that way but visually it appeared to be quite some time.

The towels located in the bathroom in Room #105 were more like small dish towel size than bath towels.

The bath room sink had no workable stopper, so I had to keep the water running constantly while shaving. The shower and bath tub were also defective, and I could never get the water to come out of the shower head and the bath tub was equally useless because there was also no stopper there to allow the water to collect alternatively to take a bath since the shower was inoperative.

It was ok. Decent. Room had a disinfectant smell. One lamp.
Ok for the money.
