Pros:

The only good thing was the staff and the restaurant.

Cons:

The room was not clean. It was very loud. The location is awful, full of sketchy individuals. One guest asked if it was safe for his vehicle to be there and staff said not really don't leave anything in your vehicle.. outside is dirty and I felt unsafe.

It was okay
Pros:

Cleaniness and great staff especially on the floor

Cons:

Little pricey, the swimming pool was cold and the change room was cold and there was no play pen in the area to keep small children safe

Pros:

Rooms were clean

Cons:

The pool and hot tub were very dirty. There were a lot of black bits floating around the spa and the water in both was extremely murky. Both kids who swam in the pool ended up with rashes, likely from too much chlorine. The beds were also quite hard.

Ok not great not bad.
Pros:

Bed was hard. WiFi was consistent but not overly fast but fast enough. The doors let lots of noise from the hallway in. Connecting a laptop to the tv was almost impossible.

Cons:

More sound proofing. Better connectivity to the tech. Better mattresses.
