Convenient location, good parking. Walking distance to a selection of restaurants. Room was quiet.
Room lacked a lounge chair, clothes hooks on bathroom door broken off, coffee maker had to be moved to obscure places to be plugged in… small issues but all point to lack of management attention to small details which matter for guest comfort. At the price relative to nearby competitors, it’s dissapointing.

Good location, the attached restaurant was excellent.
Bathtub drain plug was broken, would have expected for the amount of money to rent that everything would be in working order
The warm hot tub to help calm and relax me before bed
Absolutely did not like the fact that because we were still on the highway within dead zones they tried to call and then the claimed they cancelled our reservation due to noncommunication and didnt refund our money right after giving the room away to someone else.we found all this out when we arrived at 6:15 p.m.so we made some rather quick phone calls to request a refund and now have to wait for them. This is not my first rodeo with booking .Com as I am still waiting for a refund from the last place that cancelled on us due to the up and coming Fifa games in Vancouver. I am definitely Not a happy camper and as soon as I get back home will seek professional legal counsel
Even after requesting a disabled bathroom they did not have any coutousy. And the bed was so bad I ended up sleeping in the couch
