The location was great.

Cons:

There weren’t any drapes to block out the lights that were left on continuously in the next door office building. The bedrooms in our suite were not conducive to sleep.

As expected, very clean and convenient.
Pros:

Th facilities in the apartment were suitable for two couples but would have been better if both rooms were ensuite bathrooms

Cons:

The fan in the bathroom was not working, there was no a hairdryer and we needed to request a coffee machine, otherwise the facilities were as expected.

Overall great location. Very very spacious property.
Pros:

The space is great. The location is superb.

Cons:

The staff is okayish. Some are great - very helpful and some don’t even bother responding at the first instance. They keep coffee betweeen 7 am and 9 am and whenever you go, the coffee has finished and no one has bothered to refill.

A perfect stay for our grands first ever DC trip.
Pros:

Loved having an “apartment” set up as we were traveling with 2 college granddaughters. Well furnished, 1 1/2 blocks from the Metro that serviced Dulles and the monuments. Coffee shops and great restaurants nearby as well as the White House. Even the loan of umbrellas for a rainy evening

Pros:

My stay at the AKA White House in Washington, D.C., was nothing short of exceptional. Perfect for both business and leisure, this luxury property masterfully blends the refined hospitality of a high-end hotel with the comfort and privacy of an upscale apartment.

Cons:

While the overall experience was wonderful and practically perfect, there has been a lingering frustration: despite checking out over ten days ago, I still have not received the $250 deposit that was temporarily collected by the front desk staff during check-in(?).
Please resolve this issue for me.
