It was a pleasant stay

I left one night earlier than what I have booked and they charged me for the unused nighttime made me feel bad

Great front desk, very poor ownership!
Pros:

Britney at the front desk was fantastic. Very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

I sent three separate emails to this property about my stay. Not once did I receive an acknowledgement of my request or a response related to my request.

So glad ply toilet tissue and single ply facial tissues!
NO ELEVATOR!!! and the hotel layout was less that user friendly! Staff not very helpful in telling how to fine the room!
Directions on booking.com took us to an empty lot. Had to get proper location from google.

Over all I would list it as ADEQUATE only.

Rooms were very clean

Cons:

Pillows are horrible. Too small. Candy in the machine was past expiration date. Breakfast was eh. Only ate it on first day. No elevator to bring large luggage upstairs

Pros:

Beds were good, room nice size. Pool and hot tub were good

Cons:

No coffee pot, but all the pods and etc were there. Very thin wall. Lots of neighbor noises. Staff couldn't care less about the customer.

A nice and convenient hotel as a gateway to the Teton National Park
Pros:

Quiet hotel in a small town. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was fucntional. There is a large grocery store a short drive from the hotel.

חוץ מהעובדה שהחדר גדול, באמת שום דבר.

ארוחת בוקר מזעזעת, ביצים מקושקשות עשויות מאבקת ביצים, באמת שמתחת לכל ביקורת ואכלנו פה בארה״ב הרבה ארוחות בוקר בבתי מלון. זוועה.
הכרטיס כניסה לחדר מבטל את עצמו כל כמה שעות אז צריך ללכת לקבלה לעשות לו אקטיבציה - מה זה הדבר הזה? בחיים לא שמעתי על זה.
ועוד ועוד דברים שנעשים בצורה ממש מפגרת.
ממש לא ממליצה. אם זה כדי לבקר בגרנד טייטון - עדיף לישון במקום אחר. זה גם לא היה כזה קרוב.
