Smelly dirty carpet in bedroom. Filthy living room tv furniture and dining table and chairs are also bad shape . Same with the shades

Can be a bit pricy. I wish there were more speicals or special rates for loyal guests.

Ice machine costs money, parking a little tight .

It seemed clean. I opened the kitchen drawers and the paint had chipped off inside the drawers, everything seemed sticky. The toilet paper was so close to the floor, I was a bit confused. I just washed a few items before cooking.

Foi a pior experiência da minha vida! Se estivesse no Brasil processaria! Fiz a reserva , estava dirigindo e saindo de um estado para outro. Chegamos uma hora da manhã, com a confirmação da reserva nas mãos. Quando entrei na recepção não havia ninguém, chamei e depois apareceu um homem , que estava dormindo e foi acordado . Perguntou o que eu queria , gritando, eu disse que tinha uma reserva, estava com o meu telefone em mãos, ele disse sem nem olhar a confirmação, que eu não tinha reserva nenhuma , que eu fosse embora! Sou cidadã americana , e Brasileira, ele viu que eu era estrangeira e me tratou com grosseria, ele é racista! Fui no carro voltei com meu esposo , ele continuou dizendo que não tinha reserva, sem olhar no computador e só poderíamos ficar se pagássemos ! Estávamos exaustos , sem ter outro lugar pagamos . No dia seguinte pedi ajuda ao booking e para minha surpresa, eles enviaram um e-mail para o booking, dizendo que eu optei por um quarto mais em conta, e que nada aconteceu! Fiquei mais chocada ainda e insisti com o booking que não aceitaria aquela situação! O booking viu que eles estavam agindo de má fé e não querendo perder comissão . E os notificaram . Não recomendo esse hotel

Bed was very hard and my bedroom was right in front of a light on the deck hard to sleep room 215 smh 🤦🏿

No curtains on the windows. So the blaring light on walkway keeps you up all night. No tv channels or Netflix since it had roku.when I asked front desk I was told the are cheap at Walmart. I also had ro put towels on the floor since there was no rug and the floors were so slippery. There was dead skin cells floating in hot tub.the picture i posted is towels I hung to block light from outside walkway

Cleanliness of room was not great. Sheets were visibly dirty. Shower curtain was not changed between guests. Mold in shower. Dresser drawers difficult to open

very tight parking spots.
perhaps you can get a couple more washer and dryers and make sure they are all working
perhaps ask that there are no balls thrown in the pool since there are SO many people in the pool at one time

Room was run down and smelled funny

Pull out soda smelled vaguely like urine, building probably hasn't been renovated since the 80s. AC unit was functional but very noisy. Parking is tight, but managed to secure a spot. Inconsistent checkin/checkout times posted online, in emails, and in the lobby. Room rate was absurd for the conditions. Should have shopped around more.

Nothing bad or disappointing.
