Pros:

Love that you have washer and dryers on first floor- that is awesome
Rooms were clean
Nice to have a cafe downstairs now

Cons:

very tight parking spots.
perhaps you can get a couple more washer and dryers and make sure they are all working
perhaps ask that there are no balls thrown in the pool since there are SO many people in the pool at one time

Very relaxing and clean
Pros:

Everything was great!! I love the 5th floor cabana

Cons:

I wish they were more strict about the kids under 16 being in the jacuzzi.

It was close to the boardwalk

Cons:

No curtains on the windows. So the blaring light on walkway keeps you up all night. No tv channels or Netflix since it had roku.when I asked front desk I was told the are cheap at Walmart. I also had ro put towels on the floor since there was no rug and the floors were so slippery. There was dead skin cells floating in hot tub.the picture i posted is towels I hung to block light from outside walkway

Good location, but you'll pay premium for it and receive a room from the 80s.
Pros:

Access to the boardwalk, beach front view, kitchenette with a full refrig and microwave.

Cons:

Pull out soda smelled vaguely like urine, building probably hasn't been renovated since the 80s. AC unit was functional but very noisy. Parking is tight, but managed to secure a spot. Inconsistent checkin/checkout times posted online, in emails, and in the lobby. Room rate was absurd for the conditions. Should have shopped around more.

Staff was nice. Pool was clean. Location great. Lobby beautiful

Cons:

Cleanliness of room was not great. Sheets were visibly dirty. Shower curtain was not changed between guests. Mold in shower. Dresser drawers difficult to open

I have been coming to Wildwood Crest on and off for 50 years and this was one of the nicest places.
Pros:

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Food at the restaurant was very good and nice breakfast portions.The pool and the pool area was very clean.

Cons:

Nothing bad or disappointing.

Pros:

I liked everything about the hotel. the 5th floor deck was awesome.
pool got crowded with kids. they were young and in the hot tub.
not supposed to be. under 16 is not permitted.

Cons:

hot tub being just for adults. no one monitered the pool.

Would definitely stay here again.
