Salían varias cucarachitas en la habitación, notifiqué a recepción a ver si me regalaran algo para fumigar y el muchacho me informó q en el momento no tenían, la recepcionista me ofreció cambiarme de habitación pero la verdad como ya estaba tarde para mi, preferí dejarlo así

La ubicación es muy buena, una zona segura, La relación precio calidad es muy buena, es una edificio viejo pero lo mantienen muy limpio y siempre hay personal disponible para atender cualquier imprevisto. Restaurante con comida básica pero de buen sabor. Para el precio, me sorprendió lo bueno que es el hotel. Me pusieron a escoger entre habitaciones disponibles.

Cons:

Aspectos de mantenimiento general del edificio donde se nota el paso del tiempo, pero nada grave.
Sugeriría un poco más de atención al servicio al cliente, particularmente yo olvidé un documento importante en la recepción con mi nombre y aunque en la recepción lo habían guardado con mi nombre y número de habitación, tuve que llegar a preguntar por él, creo que pudieron haber llamado a mi habitación.
