Pros:

Habitación encharcada de agua por dos días. Mala limpieza y un día entero sin papel higiénico.

Cons:

El personal de recepción necesita un curso acelerado de trato al público. Cuando te vas después de una semana, ni te dicen nada. La amabilidad es fundamental.

Siempre lo digo, la ubicación es súper privilegiada

No es la primera vez que me hospedo en el hotel. De hecho, cada quince días me alojo con ustedes por períodos de hasta cinco noches. Por eso me sorprendió que a las 11:55 a. m. me llamaran para recordarme que el check-out era a las 12:00 m.

Entiendo perfectamente las políticas del hotel y los horarios establecidos. Sin embargo, considerando la frecuencia con la que me hospedo y la duración de mis estancias, esperaba que pudieran tener un poco más de consideración y ofrecerme la posibilidad de un late check-out como una atención hacia un cliente recurrente.

Pros:

No tienen comida del dia , por tal razón no comí en el restaurante. Tienen el menú semi preparado y ese estilo no me gusta.

Cons:

Menú del dia en el restaurante, seria bueno evaluarlo ya que estan en una zona bien céntrica. Lo demás todo me parece muy bien.

Great stay in a good and safe location
Pros:

I have stayed for several days, every day they clean and organize my room. The breakfast was really nice and the staff were friendly and helpful.
The location is great- close to a lot of cafes and restaurants and shopping centers.
I will come back :)
