Pros:

We fell in love with the location. The small square right next to the accommodation had a wonderful family atmosphere, with children playing outside until late in the evening, creating such a warm, relaxed, and enjoyable ambiance.

Cons:

The car lift can be challenging for some people. I once wanted to go in and had to wait 2 cars to go out until I could go in. we also were planning to be with a big SUV, which idk if it would fit (maybe it would, but idk if there are restrictions, so better to check before booking)

Pros:

Апартаменти чудові. Заселялися вечором,розібратися було достаньо просто. Парковка з ліфтом (спочатку було сташно,бо дуже вузьке місце, але Kodiaq та Octavia влізли без проблем. В апартаментах: Кухня студія укомплектована всім необхідним, Дитяча кімната окремо, Спальня окремо. Посуду вистачало (не так як в інших апартаментах на 4 особи). І сподобалось саме місто. Поруч піцерія, паб, та ще якісь кафешки. Гарна центальна площа, і дуже гарні Італійські вулички.

Cons:

Була проблема з кодиціонером,він не працював. Це пов'яназано з тим що у дущі є мотузка яка вмикає сигналізацію допомоги на екрані клімату. тому НЕ РУХАЙТЕ МОТУЗКУ В ДУШІ! Включили кондиціонер лише під ранок,коли почала працювати рецепція. Також в 1-му корпусі не працював ліфт, про це нас попереджали.

Pros:

Единственный плюс, в отеле хороший напор воды, но насколько я знаю в Италии во многих местах отличная вода.

Cons:

1. Начитались восторженных отзывов и взяли этот отель, однако были очень разочарованы, во-первых знакомство с отелем началось еще до отлета в Италию, с мошенника который имел все данные о нас и нашей поездке, включая даты, сумму, имена и фамилии, что говорит о том что, либо в отеле есть кто то кто сливает информацию, либо аккаунты работников были взломаны и к данным был доступ у мошенников, в итоге чуть не лишились пары тысяч евро.
2. Нам дали самый дальний самый последний номер в отеле на чердаке, в мансарде, в нем было очень душно и жарко, и самое главное: в номере НЕТ кондиционера, у них во всем отеле есть система микроклимата, однако она не охлаждает воздух, либо остудит его на пару градусов, нам не повезло мы попали в жару 36-38 градусов и в номере нереально было находится, на претензию отелю они сказали что такая ситуация у всех гостей, несмотря на то что с нами был ребенек и бабушка, нам ничего не поменяли и не сделали ничего что бы улучшить ситуацию. На момент заезда там еще что то бряцало под потолком, но это починили, однако нам пришлось об этом ходить просить ждать и т.д.
3. Кухня там для галочки, готовить там сложно, нехватает посуды, пришлось самим покупать кружки для чая, кастрюль для того что бы сварить что нибудь практически нет, сковородки с покрытием которое все расцарапано, пришлось докупить деревянную лопатку, а еще это первый отель где мне самому пришлось выносить мусор и искать мешки для мусора (в итоге купили их сами, что бы не ходить и не унижатся и не просить их на ресепшене)
4. Ванная комната там не проветривается никак вообще, нет ни вытяжки не открыть окно, после 4 человек которые принимают душ, там как в бане, полотенца не сохнут, полотенце сушилка не работает, на ней наоборот собирается конденсат, дверца в ванне, стоит под 45 градусов и всегда мешается мытся, плюс с нее всегда течет вода на пол.
5. Одна из комнат окна выходят в закрытый тонель, воздуха там вообще нет.
6. Уборка номера посредственная.
