The bed being on wheels was extremely frustrating but honestly, really isn’t a huge issue
I came into The Black Sheep for a drink and had a really great experience. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was welcoming and the service was excellent. Zia looked after me and was friendly, and made sure i had everything i needed throughout my visit. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Parking arrangements unclear, signs all over saying to pay at adjoining cafe (which was shut) and when it opened was told parking is free at weekends..
Room was great for the family. Location was convenient for Bristol and surrounding area.
Breakfast was in a cafe next door with a very limited menu. We subsequently paid extra to eat at the hotel across the road.

A little noisy. We could hear some sort of water, a drip or gushing from the plumbing. Not from our room but from a neighboring room
I recently visited this coffee shop and had a fantastic experience. The coffee was fresh and delicious, and the atmosphere was relaxed and inviting.
What really stood out was the excellent service from Nikola. They were incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout my visit. Their positive attitude and genuine kindness made a big difference and added a personal touch to the experience.
It's clear that customer satisfaction is a priority here. Thanks to Nikola and the rest of the team, I left with a smile and will definitely be returning. Highly recommended!
I went to the black sheep with my family and everytime I go there’s very good service from staff members. I highly recommend the coffee shop as you will feel welcomed and well looked after. Nicola was our last server and was lovely and kind.
