Pros:

Great value for money, staff are really friendly, the cafe wasn’t open when we got there but plenty of places delivered from just eat.

Cons:

You have to check in at the spa over the road which is fine but it would be good to have a email or something before hand explaining this.

Excellent, polite and helpful staff. Comfortable room, lovely lounge and restaurant for evening meal, best hotel breakfast we've had.

Clean, comfortable, on site car charging and at a price we liked as we were only using it as a stopover

Cons:

Breakfast was only served from 8am on a Saturday which was included in the price but unfortunately we had to leave before this which was annoying when we had paid. It looks like it’s next to a pub and it wasn’t open for dinner so we had to eat in the spa hotel next door which we ended up paying more for food than the actual room itself.

Overall, good value & ideal for our needs. Room servicing & maintenance needs improvement.

Location, value and most staff were excellent

Cons:

Reception staff. Various requests were not actioned and when questioned why, only bland ‘can’t do’ responses were given. Things were only rectified by the prompt and friendly action of Matt, the night manager.

Disappointed 🙁.
Pros:

Location and staffs are amazing, The foyer and corridor is clean

Cons:

The room feel dirty, stain on the chair stain on the bed sheet on the sofa bed and carpets the desk got some bad stain the toilet hand dispenser not work I have to open it to get some detergent to wash. The worse I have ever stay since I started using Booking.com
