非常棒，以後來札幌也會選擇來住！
Pros:

離地鐵及市電距離都不會太遠，周圍也有便利商店非常方便。每天都有免費北海道有名的點心可以吃，整體環境都非常舒適。房間也都很乾淨舒服，有乾濕分離非常棒！晚上睡得很好。

Nice location, spacious and comfortable rooms and good breakfast.
Pros:

Location was very central and convenient. Near the park and some blocks away from the train and airport bus stop. Room was super clean, spacious and comfortable.

We stayed in an room with two twin beds and two tatami beds for the kids. Breakfast was quite good. They served a little bit of everything. Highlights for the steak and chowders!

In the afternoon, happy hour in a relaxing room with for guests only with nice complimentary drinks and snacks.

Staff was super kind and helpful. They instructed us on how to get to Otaru for a day trip and also how to get the Airport Bus when we checked out.

Cons:

Breakfast: We missed variety of fresh fruits. I wish they served more options of yoghurt (less fat, for example).

Late Checkout: I asked for only 20-30 minutes extra for late checkout as we had several bags to pack before living. They were not flexible and wanted to charge me a whole extra hour. I wish they could be more flexible, especially with families with small kids.
