快適に過ごせました
Pros:

嵐ライブの為宿泊しました。地下のクロークも使いやすく助かりました。早めに到着しチェックイン出来、夜中に戻った際もスムーズでした。
大通公園の残雪を夜片付作業していましたが、その音もほとんど聞こえず。
ベットも寝やすかったです。

Cons:

サービスのお茶や烏龍茶のはありましたが、コーヒーがあるともっと良かった。

癒しの空間
Pros:

今回は嵐のラストライブの為2泊3日で利用させていただきました。地下鉄も便利だし空港行きのバス停が近くにあるしお土産を買ってホテルに戻ってゆっくり出来ました。
カフェの無料サービスとそのデザートのクオリティにも驚きです。ホテルの快適さに嵐とのお別れも癒されました。友人が朝食バイキングでは、ご飯もおしぼりも自動に出てきたと感動していました。勿論朝食も最高に美味しいかったです。今度は家族とお邪魔したいと思いました。

Cons:

バサタブが少し汚れていました。少し残念ですがそれ以外は最高です。

Great hotel in a great location. One of the best of the trip.
Pros:

The room was very well sized and had a great view out the window. The property felt very commercial hotel but in a good way that was professional and clean.

Cons:

I didn't try the breakfast because it wasn't included but it looked amazing!

Pros:

Good location, close to downtown Sapporo. Decent amenities and room size. Extra pillows and blankets in cupboard if need be.

Cons:

Some mould under the lip of the sink and near the toilet flush handle. Exhaust fan didn't work, whole bathroom basically became a sauna.

I liked that it was near transportations like bus and trains. Walking distance from shopping area and plenty of restaurants around the vicinity.
The breakfast was excellent!

Cons:

Restaurant is not serving lunch and dinner.

予約した部屋より大きなお部屋に宿泊できました。(手違いだったようでチェックインにかなり時間がかかりました)
