Great location for the Snow Festival event
Pros:

Location was excellent for the snow and ice festival. Access to Sapporo station and various shopping options, as well as food options are excellent. Breakfast is very very good although price may be on the high side.

Cons:

I was given an upgraded room, but the second room room I booked was tight with no space to hang/dry clothings. The younger female staff was very helpful, but the older male staff could not really speak english, and were struggling to help us forward our luggage to the next location (hotel) - the fact that they could not carry out an english coversation could make a guest feel unwelcoming.

best core memories in sapporo.

Brilliant location
Pros:

Brilliant location, especially as we were visiting during the snow festival. The staff were friendly and it was a great base for exploring.

Cons:

Our room was very hot, and we couldn’t get it to cool down (even turned off the heating and opened a window, but was still warm especially over night)

雪まつりには、立地場所も良いので良かった。
Pros:

ラウンジの利用が大変良かった。

Cons:

ユニットバス内の細かな箇所の汚れが気になった。
ラウンジの営業時間を、もう少し長くして欲しい。
部屋のアメニティにコーヒーを置いて欲しかった。

雪祭大通公園正對面，但離熱鬧的大通站走路還有10分鐘距離，價格也不便宜，如果可以再次選擇會找離大通站更近的旅館
