Best experience in Milan by far!
Pros:

I have been visiting Milan for over 10 years now most of the time 3-4 times a year. By far this is the best hotel I have ever been to. The value for money is great, the rooms are amazing, the comfort of the bed and linens is great, and the breakfast OMG no hotel in Milan has a breakfast like them, even the vibe and the friendliness of the staff is so good! I highly recommend it, from now on this is my first choice in Milan!

Disappointingly poor front desk staff
Pros:

light pollution, noise pollution and very small room at a high rate. Receptionist was unwilling to consider getting me a quite room arriving near midnite. Especially that I had booked an all day business hall for the day and paid a hefty fee and full room rack rate. HUGELY DISAPPOINTED.

I left feeling very well rested.
Pros:

Everything at the hotel was excellent. The design was good, everything super clean, the staff super friendly, the wellness center amazing!!

Cons:

The floor area of the standard room was very small and the only place to open my oversized baggage was the floor of the bathroom.

Zentrale Lage.

Cons:

Wir haben ein Zimmer gebucht für 430,94 CHF, bei Abreise sagte man uns, dass wir nun zusätzlich nochmals 340 Euro bezahlen müssten. Letztendlich wurde uns für eine Nacht in einem mittelmässigen Zimmer 770 CHF ! abgebucht, diskutieren konnte man nicht, man ist dem Hyatt ausgeliefert sobald man seine Kreditkarte hinterlegt. Wir hatten für 770 CHF kein Frühstück und wir wurden von der Rezeption erpresst, wir müssten zusätzlich nochmals 30 CHF bezahlen für den Zutritt zum Spa, das ist eine Unverschämtheit und eine Touristen-Abzocke, nie wieder Hyatt, eine Katastrophe!

Best Hotel in Milam
Pros:

The best hotel we have stayed in this trip to Italy. A small hotel that deliver big. The vibe, the staff and small details like the Marvis toothpaste definitely won us over!

nice hotel for both business and holiday stay
Pros:

the room was nice and big, just the bed for my son was a bit small, but ok to sleep, the breakfast is small but you can order extra like eggs etc. location is close to the central train station, and around 1.5KM to china town and city center .
