Can't beat the location!
Pros:

Location location location! Right near the main train station and public transit lines. Beautiful property and nice clean rooms. The wellness area is also a stunning part of the hotel and nice to use after a long day of exploring!

The staff greeted us very warmly and went above and beyond to get some laundry done for us outside of the normal window. We were stuck spot at the end of our clean clothes and very much appreciated their willingness to fit us in. Kudos to the front desk and laundry crews!

The staff, the location are excellent. The room itself is very well appointed as is the bathroom. The communal areas are lovely.

Cons:

The front entrance area was being redone and repaved and it was very off putting initially. It could have been better let up for arriving guests to naviaged. Ultimately it wasn't a problem but it didn't give the best impression certainly. Such a pity as it really was a great experience but I started off feeling a bit unhappy as I wasn't told or warned about this. I particularly do not like the fact that over and above the payment taken for the hotel, a further holding amount of 100E is taken on arrival. Honestly, you have my credit card details. If something is wrong when I leave, you can work it out. I don't like this approach or practise, particularly as the excess only gets back onto the account up to 10 or so days later. It's the principal here. I really am not a banker to your business and this is what is happening here in reality.
