Otel temizdi. Resepsiyondaki personel çok ilgili ve canayakındı. 2 gece kaldım. Dönüşte 1 gece daha aynı oteli tercih ettim.

Good central location with excellent buffet breakfast
Pros:

Great location near the train station that made it easy to get around the city. The room was clean and comfortable and the highlight for us was the amazing breakfast buffet with made to order omelets and a great selection of yogurt, fresh fruit and pastries that made the start of the day perfect to explore the city.

Ein ideales, hochwertiges Hotel für einen Städtetrip oder als Stopp auf der Durchreise.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war ansprechend und designorientiert ausgestattet und wir hatten mit drei Personen und einem kleinem Hund ausreichend Platz. Das Frühstück wahr was Vielfalt, Frische und Räumlichkeit betrifft hervorragend. Die Lage war für uns ideal, das wir auf der Durchreise waren und Abend noch fußläufig in die Altstadt gehen konnten. Das Hotel arbeitet mit einem Parkhaus zusammen, dessen Kontigent für Hotelgäste genutzt werden konnte. Das hauseigene Bar ist sehr gut sortiert und bietet einen wunderbaren Panoarmablick auf das städtische Treiben.

A wonderful stay at the Hyatt Centric Milan
Pros:

From the moment we walked into the hotel to the time we left, we couldn’t have been treated any more graciously by all of the staff at this hotel. There was always a smile and a how can we help you.
This hotel is ideally located -an 8-10 minute walk from the train and metro station, both of which we used. You should know that if you are taking the bus from the airport, it drops you right at the side of the train station so it’s a very easy walk to the Hyatt.
There is a grocery store right down the block, a gelateria two and a half blocks away and a very nice restaurant called Barzac around the block. Need I say more? If I were to return to Milan I’d be coming right back to the Hyatt Centric.

Terrible, terrible service with stupid policy for pool usage
Pros:

Hotel is nice but staff is unimaginable arrogant and rukes for pool usage is nonsense

Cons:

Arrogant recepcionist, pool can be used as “relaxation”. Swimming is forbiden. Price to use is 30€. Adukts has to be in the pool with kids even daughter is professional swimer and 13 years old

Great spot close to all transportation
Pros:

This hotel is a great place to stay if you want to make day trips out of the Milan area. It is a less than 10 minute walk to the train station as well as the subway system. The rooms are on the small side, but they contain everything you need for a nice experience. The rooftop restaurant has great food and drinks and nice views of the city. This is the second time we've stayed here.

Thankful for the Staff
Pros:

We visited the Hyatt Centric Milan to begin our trip to Italy. Unfortunately I had a medical emergency that required me to go to the ER. Lucio at the front desk went above and beyond to ensure my safety and comfort, knowing that I didn’t speak Italian and that I was in a foreign country. The room was comfortable, the WiFi great, the food delicious, but the people are what makes this hotel top notch!

Pros:

Extended part of holiday in Italy - overnight stay in Milan
Room was small however met our needs for a one night stay
Access to spa is an additional cost - not free as a Hyatt member
Breakfast was good - a limited selection of choice - served in lovely setting
