I recommend this hotel.
Pros:

My husband and I stayed at the Hyatt Centric Milan Centrale for three nights, and it was wonderful. The service was exceptional, and the staff super helpful. Our room was so clean and fresh, with housekeeping coming twice a day to tidy everything up. The rooftop bar and restaurant were absolutely top-notch—5 out of 5! Great service, delicious food and drinks, and a wonderfully pleasant atmosphere made it a truly memorable stay.

The location was great just a 5-minute walk to the central station, where it’s easy to take the metro anywhere.

For example, there’s a direct 10-minute metro ride to the Duomo, or an express train to Malpensa Airport in about 50 minutes. If you want to go to San Siro football stadium, it takes around 30 minutes with one transfer, but the connection is very straightforward.

Better than Good. Great Location. Excellent Customer Service.
Pros:

Met expectations for the most part. Good location, very close to a major train station. The additional charge for the spa isn't worth it. Breakfast exceeded expectations. Excellent customer service.

Room was nice but the temp was too hot and couldn't be adjusted which made a very uncomfortable two nights. Also surprised the room Tvs are not equipped to stream from devises. For this reason i won't be staying when i return

Great stay next to the train station
Pros:

Great staff and a wonderful room made this an easy choice. The team was welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, and the room was comfortable and well-appointed.

The location is ideal for anyone wanting to be close to the train station, incredibly convenient without sacrificing comfort. Breakfast is also wonderful.

Happily come again as this was our second visit.

Best experience in Milan by far!
Pros:

I have been visiting Milan for over 10 years now most of the time 3-4 times a year. By far this is the best hotel I have ever been to. The value for money is great, the rooms are amazing, the comfort of the bed and linens is great, and the breakfast OMG no hotel in Milan has a breakfast like them, even the vibe and the friendliness of the staff is so good! I highly recommend it, from now on this is my first choice in Milan!

Disappointingly poor front desk staff
Pros:

light pollution, noise pollution and very small room at a high rate. Receptionist was unwilling to consider getting me a quite room arriving near midnite. Especially that I had booked an all day business hall for the day and paid a hefty fee and full room rack rate. HUGELY DISAPPOINTED.
