Infested and disgusting
Pros:

Nothing about this Villa was likable . All the furniture had stains and was disgusting looking. It looked like there was vomit on the walls in the bathroom. There was dust debris and God knows what else in every corner of the Villa. There was dead bugs next to the bed. Literally the worst hotel I've ever stayed in . The whole villa screams I have bed bugs and should be condemned. The place obviously hasn't been cleaned since the day they remodeled. The bathroom floor was black or so I thought but when I wiped it with a sanitizer wipe it was actually a gray color a grayish blue. I would never stay there ever you couldn't pay me stay there again.

Cons:

Everything I literally didn't like everything. I didn't like how dirty it was I didn't like the dead bugs everywhere. I don't like the fact that I'm afraid I may have brought those bugs home with me now. I don't like how they falsely advertised their facilities and all of their perks since they had none of them available. The entire description of this hotel is completely false and misleading

Pros:

Wonderful stuff!. We had a nose problem due to room being right next to the ice machine and the reception was very kind and helpful and resolved this. Very spacious and clean rooms

Cons:

Watch out for the rooms next to ice machines. Very disturbing noise!

We would not stay here again and would not recommend this property.

Cons:

We stayed for more than 10 days. On the first night after check-in, we discovered that the hair dryer was broken and was not even able to dry hair properly. We later requested a replacement, and a new hair dryer was provided.

We stayed in a villa and were assigned the unit at the far end of the property. The window faced directly toward the parking lot, and there was a very strong odor in the room. It was difficult to identify the source of the smell, but it was unpleasant and made our stay uncomfortable.

The housekeeping standards were very poor. Used towels were simply folded and put back instead of being replaced. When I noticed this, the towel was still damp.

The housekeeping service was also poorly managed. We informed the front desk of our specific needs: because our baby takes a nap in the afternoon, we requested that the room be cleaned in the morning. However, this request was consistently ignored. Housekeeping often came while we were having meals or when our baby was sleeping in the afternoon to ask whether we wanted the room cleaned. As a result, we frequently had to decline the service.

I do not recommend this hotel , we had so many bad experiences with different things.
Pros:

Breakfast was not bad. That is the only good thing about this hotel.

Cons:

Air conditioner was not working. The room was too hot. (78) all night. It was same for other rooms that my friends stayed.
The keys were not working properly, either for room door or elevator. We had to wait and call front desk each time.
The location where we go to our rooms was outside of the hotel which was confusing.
One of the staff in front desk was not so kind. And she had communication problems. Check in process took longer than expected..

Pros:

Nice breakfast set up

Cons:

The TV channels have been reduced and you can’t watch any of the channels from 3-31, which includes all the local channels and all the news channels.

Pros:

I appreciated Carla's professionalism and care for me because of a struggle I had. She was very helpful and thoughtful. It's a nice hotel. Very clean and spacious. I like their water service.

Cons:

I wish the breakfast service started earlier.

I was happy with the main parts which is the hotel room. I would give it another try.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel and the rooms were very spacious.

Cons:

breakfast was just ok and food items were not always stocked. Bar had liquor bottles displayed but kept no liquor.

Most of the staff was great but there was one younger employee that was very rude to us. The elevator was problematic and the alarm kept going off.

Decent but definitely not Grand.
Pros:

The size of the room is decent, very clean and quiet. Plenty of parking.

Cons:

The smell of the hallway, the bed frame is noisy with only slight movement, the bathroom latch doesn't click closed, most of the TV channels have no signal, the wifi is very weak, the breakfast is very simple and restocking is very slow.

Would stay again probably in regular room if it was not a special occasion.
Pros:

Villa: nice size, comfortable; was special occasion so booked the larger space; breakfast was til 10:30 am and fine.

Cons:

Villa was upstairs; would have been better on bottom floor. NO pictures or decorations on walls; very bare; no night lite in bright bathroom; room service only once at 5 pm just as we returned; in bathroom: container for soap and lotion...were both soup; i.e.. no lotion. Requested to have lotion twice at front desk; never had lotion.

Perfect for one night stay.
Pros:

very spacious rooms. Comfortable beds, both bath and shower in the room. Good location.

Cons:

Super simple breakfast. Would recommend to add some greens and salad.
